Είσαι πρόσφατος απόφοιτος οικονομικής/λογιστικής σχολής και θέλεις να αποκτήσεις πραγματική, hands-on εμπειρία στην αγορά; Η NEPA Economic Consultant, μια από τις κορυφαίες και δυναμικά αναπτυσσόμενες εταιρείες παροχής Οικονομικών, Φοροτεχνικών και Λογιστικών υπηρεσιών στην Αθήνα, μεγαλώνει την ομάδα της και αναζητά άτομα με ενέργεια και όρεξη για τη θέση του/της Accounting Field Associate.

Τι κάνει τη θέση αυτή μοναδική; Η έδρα μας βρίσκεται στην Αθήνα, αλλά η καθημερινότητά σου δεν θα είναι κλεισμένη σε ένα γραφείο. Στο πλαίσιο αυτής της θέσης, θα επισκέπτεσαι άμεσα τις εταιρείες των πελατών μας (on-site) για την καταχώρηση, οργάνωση και τον έλεγχο των παραστατικών τους. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι θα μάθεις πάρα πολλά πράγματα στη λογιστική, θα δεις πώς λειτουργούν στην πράξη διαφορετικοί κλάδοι της αγοράς και θα αναπτύξεις ένα ισχυρό επαγγελματικό δίκτυο. Responsibilities

· Καταχώρηση Δεδομένων: Ψηφιοποίηση, αρχειοθέτηση και λογιστική καταχώρηση παραστατικών (τιμολόγια, έξοδα, τράπεζες) στα συστήματα των πελατών ή της εταιρείας.

· On-site Υποστήριξη: Καθημερινή μετάβαση στις έδρες των πελατών μας εντός Αττικής για την άμεση διαχείριση των λογιστικών τους αναγκών και τη συλλογή εγγράφων.

· Συμφωνίες Λογαριασμών: Συμμετοχή στη συμφωνία τραπεζών, προμηθευτών και πελατών υπό την καθοδήγηση Senior Λογιστών.

· Οργάνωση Γραφείου: Διασφάλιση της σωστής τήρησης του φυσικού και ηλεκτρονικού αρχείου των πελατών.

Requirements

· Σπουδές: Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ / ΤΕΙ / Κολλεγίου με κατεύθυνση τη Λογιστική, τα Οικονομικά ή τη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων.

· Όρεξη & Ενέργεια: Πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον για τον κλάδο της λογιστικής, διάθεση για μάθηση και εξέλιξη.

· Επικοινωνιακές Δεξιότητες: Ευγένεια, επαγγελματισμός και άνεση στην επικοινωνία, καθώς θα αποτελείς την εικόνα της εταιρείας μας στους πελάτες.

· Ψηφιακές Γνώσεις: Καλή γνώση MS Office (Excel, Word) και βασική εξοικείωση με τη χρήση υπολογιστών.

· Μετακινήσεις: Απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση η δυνατότητα καθημερινής μετακίνησης σε διάφορες περιοχές της Αττικής (εταιρείες πελατών).
