物流領域では、クラウドロボティクスプラットフォーム「rapyuta.io」を中核に、ピッキングアシストロボット、自動倉庫、自動フォークリフトなどを同じクラウド基盤上で連携させることで、既存倉庫でも大規模工事を抑えつつ、生産性向上と柔軟な自動化を実現しています。

【求める役割・理想像】

現在、当社のAccountingチームは、急速な事業拡大と中長期的な成長を見据え、経理・財務基盤の強化を進めています。

本ポジションでは、Accounting Managerとして、月次・四半期・年度決算を中心に、連結決算、管理会計、内部統制、監査法人対応、経理業務のDX推進など、Finance組織の中核業務を幅広く担っていただきます。

単にルーティン業務を正確にこなすだけではなく、決算体制の構築・改善、月次決算の早期化、経理プロセスの標準化、管理会計の高度化など、事業成長を支える仕組みづくりにも深く関わっていただくことを期待しています。

また、当社は日本・インド・アメリカに拠点を持ち、社員の多くが外国籍メンバーで構成されるグローバルな環境です。海外拠点や各プロダクトチームと連携しながら、会計・管理会計・内部統制の観点から、経営意思決定を支える重要な役割を担っていただきます。

【役割と責任】

このポジションはFinanceチームに属し、連結決算を中心とした会計業務全体をリードしながら、IPOに向けた経理・管理会計の基盤構築を担います。日々のオペレーションを安定させつつ、内部統制・監査対応・開示といった上場水準の体制整備を並行して推進できる方を求めています。

当社のFinanceチームは、経理・管理会計にとどまらず、事業計画の策定・資金調達・IR対応まで同一組織で担っています。将来的には、海外展開も見据えたFinance領域全体の幅を広げながら、より大きな裁量でリードできるポジションです。やる気と能力次第で担当領域を広げることができ、通常では経験しにくい領域にも挑戦できる環境です。

・連結決算の推進および体制構築のリード

・月次・四半期・年度決算の運用と品質向上

・IPO準備に向けた内部統制（J-SOX）の整備・ドキュメンテーション

・監査法人対応および開示書類の作成

・損益分析・予実管理など管理会計業務の推進

・米国・インド海外拠点を含む経理論点への関与

【職務内容】

決算・経理業務

  • 月次決算のレビューおよび早期化の推進
  • 四半期・年度決算のクローズ
  • 連結決算の推進および体制構築
  • 損益分析および月次財務レポートの作成
  • 決算体制の構築・改善
  • 経理業務のDX推進
  • 監査法人対応
  • 開示書類の作成サポート
  • 税務申告に関する顧問税理士との連携
  • 内部統制の構築およびドキュメンテーション
  • その他、経理および内部統制構築に関する業務

管理会計業務

  • 事業計画の作成サポート
  • 月次・四半期の予実管理
  • 損益分析および経営・事業部門向けレポーティング
  • 各プロダクトチームとの数値確認・調整業務
  • 事業成長を支える管理会計体制の整備・改善

業務改善・DX推進

  • 月次決算プロセスの改善・早期化
  • 経理オペレーションの標準化・効率化
  • ワークフローや各種ツールの見直し・導入支援
  • 会計・管理会計データの精度向上に向けた仕組みづくり
  • Accountingチームの業務管理およびメンバーマネジメント

Requirements

  • 必須条件
  • 日商簿記2級、または同等以上の会計知識
  • 事業会社での経理実務経験5年以上
  • 月次・四半期・年度決算に関する実務経験
  • 新しい環境や変化の大きい組織への高い適応力
  • 社内外の関係者と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション力
  • チームのマネジメント経験
  • 英語での基本的なコミュニケーション能力
  • 尚可
  • スタートアップまたはベンチャー企業でのバックオフィス経験
  • 上場企業または上場準備企業での経理・管理会計業務経験
  • 連結決算の実務経験
  • 監査法人対応の経験
  • 内部統制構築または業務プロセス改善の経験
  • 公認会計士、USCPA、税理士科目合格などの会計関連資格
  • 経理業務のDX化やシステム導入・改善に関わった経験
  • 英語を使用した実務経験
