Η Hatzi Filax Group, για λογαριασμό πελάτη της στον ασφαλιστικό και χρηματοοικονομικό κλάδο, αναζητά έμπειρο/η Accounting Manager για την διαχείριση και εποπτεία της ομάδας της Οικονομικής Διεύθυνσης.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Εποπτεία και συντονισμός της καθημερινής λειτουργίας του λογιστηρίου, σύμφωνα με τα Ελληνικά Λογιστικά Πρότυπα (ΕΛΠ)
  • Έλεγχος και έγκριση καταχωρήσεων παραστατικών, τιμολογίων και λοιπών λογιστικών εγγραφών
  • Εποπτεία απαιτήσεων και υποχρεώσεων προς πελάτες και προμηθευτές, και διαχείριση cash flow
  • Έλεγχος συμφωνιών τραπεζικών λογαριασμών και λογαριασμών γενικής λογιστικής
  • Σύνταξη και ανάλυση οικονομικών καταστάσεων, μηνιαίων/ετήσιων αναφορών και budgets προς τη Διοίκηση
  • Παρακολούθηση και έλεγχος ασφαλιστικών προμηθειών και συναλλαγών με ασφαλιστικές εταιρείες
  • Διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με φορολογική νομοθεσία και συνεργασία με ορκωτούς ελεγκτές/εξωτερικούς συμβούλους
  • Καθοδήγηση, εκπαίδευση και αξιολόγηση της ομάδας λογιστηρίου
  • Στενή συνεργασία με όλη την οικονομική διεύθυνση για τον σχεδιασμό και τη βελτιστοποίηση λογιστικών και φορολογικών διαδικασιών

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο Λογιστικής, Οικονομικών ή συναφούς αντικειμένου, μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος ή επαγγελματική πιστοποίηση (π.χ. ACCA, ΟΕΕ Α' Τάξης) θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
  • Εμπειρία 7+ ετών σε λογιστήριο/οικονομική διεύθυνση εκ των οποίων τουλάχιστον 2-3 σε ρόλο ευθύνης / team lead
  • Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικών Λογιστικών Προτύπων (ΕΛΠ) και φορολογικών διαδικασιών
  • Εμπειρία σε ERP συστήματα και άριστης γνώσης MS Excel
  • Ηγετικές ικανότητες, οργανωτικότητα και ικανότητα λήψης αποφάσεων υπό πίεση
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
