Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Εποπτεία και συντονισμός της καθημερινής λειτουργίας του λογιστηρίου και της ορθής τήρησης των λογιστικών βιβλίων και αρχείων της εταιρείας.
  • Έλεγχος και έγκριση λογιστικών εγγραφών και παραστατικών, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των εξόδων πλοίων, bunkers, port expenses, agency fees, repairs, supplies και λοιπών λειτουργικών δαπανών.
  • Εποπτεία της λογιστικής παρακολούθησης των πλοίων και των λογαριασμών τους, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του Master’s General Account (MGA).
  • Παρακολούθηση και έλεγχος τραπεζικών κινήσεων, πληρωμών, εισπράξεων και συμφωνιών τραπεζικών λογαριασμών.
  • Έλεγχος και συμφωνία λογαριασμών, υπολοίπων προμηθευτών, πελατών και λοιπών λογαριασμών γενικής λογιστικής.
  • Συντονισμός της διαδικασίας month-end και year-end closing, διασφαλίζοντας την έγκαιρη και ορθή ολοκλήρωση των λογιστικών εργασιών.
  • Προετοιμασία και έλεγχος μηνιαίων οικονομικών αναφορών και management reports, με έμφαση στην οικονομική εικόνα και απόδοση ανά πλοίο.
  • Παρακολούθηση και ανάλυση λειτουργικών εξόδων πλοίων και υποστήριξη στην προετοιμασία και αξιολόγηση voyage results (έσοδα – έξοδα ανά ταξίδι).
  • Παρακολούθηση claims και σχετικών λογιστικών κινήσεων, συμπεριλαμβανομένων P&I και H&M claims.
  • Έλεγχος accruals, provisions, prepayments και λοιπών εγγραφών που σχετίζονται με το month-end closing.
  • Συνεργασία με Operations, Technical, Crewing, Chartering και Management για τη συλλογή, διασταύρωση και αξιολόγηση οικονομικών στοιχείων.
  • Εποπτεία και καθοδήγηση της ομάδας λογιστηρίου, κατανομή εργασιών, έλεγχος παραδοτέων και υποστήριξη στην ανάπτυξη των μελών της ομάδας.
  • Συνεργασία με εξωτερικούς λογιστές, auditors, φορολογικούς συμβούλους, τράπεζες και λοιπούς εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες.
  • Υποστήριξη στη σύνταξη οικονομικών καταστάσεων και στην προετοιμασία στοιχείων για εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς ελέγχους.
  • Διασφάλιση της συμμόρφωσης των λογιστικών διαδικασιών με την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία, τις εταιρικές πολιτικές και τα προβλεπόμενα λογιστικά πρότυπα.
  • Συμμετοχή στη βελτίωση και τυποποίηση των λογιστικών διαδικασιών, των εσωτερικών ελέγχων και των reporting tools του λογιστηρίου.

Requirements

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Λογιστικής, Οικονομικών, Χρηματοοικονομικών ή Ναυτιλιακών Σπουδών.
  • 5+ έτη επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας σε λογιστήριο, εκ των οποίων τουλάχιστον 2–3 έτη σε θέση αυξημένης ευθύνης ή supervisory role.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της ελληνικής λογιστικής και φορολογικής νομοθεσίας και των βασικών αρχών ΕΓΛΣ.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS και λοιπές βασικές συναρτήσεις).
  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας, προφορικά και γραπτά.
  • Ικανότητα εποπτείας ομάδας και αποτελεσματικής οργάνωσης και κατανομής εργασιών.
  • Ισχυρή αναλυτική σκέψη, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και ικανότητα τήρησης deadlines.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση λογιστικών διαδικασιών, συμφωνιών λογαριασμών και month-end closing.
  • Εξοικείωση με ERP/λογιστικά συστήματα.
  • Ικανότητα συνεργασίας με διαφορετικά τμήματα και αποτελεσματικής επικοινωνίας με Management και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες.

Επιθυμητά προσόντα

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε λογιστήριο ναυτιλιακής εταιρείας ή σε εταιρεία διαχείρισης πλοίων (Ship Management).
  • Εμπειρία σε Ship Accounting και οικονομική παρακολούθηση πλοίων.
  • Εμπειρία σε ERP ή accounting systems που χρησιμοποιούνται στον ναυτιλιακό κλάδο.
  • Καλή κατανόηση ναυτιλιακών όρων και διαδικασιών, όπως freight, voyage results, laytime, demurrage, bunkers, port expenses, disbursements και claims.
  • Εμπειρία στην παρακολούθηση Master’s General Account (MGA) και ship-related accounts.
  • Εμπειρία σε P&I / H&M claims και σχετικές λογιστικές διαδικασίες.
  • Εμπειρία στη δημιουργία management reports, budgets, cash-flow reports ή cost analysis ανά πλοίο.
  • Εμπειρία σε financial reporting και συνεργασία με auditors ή εξωτερικούς φορολογικούς/λογιστικούς συμβούλους.
  • Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση και ανάπτυξη ομάδας λογιστηρίου.
  • Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος σε Accounting, Finance ή Shipping θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
