Position Overview

Compensation

Pay: $20–$25 Hourly, Based on Experience!

Hours:

  • Full-Time
  • Monday – Friday
  • 8-Hour Shifts
  • Typically 7:30am – 4:00pm

Position Responsibilities

  • Own the billing and payment processes, making them run like a well-oiled machine.
  • Build rock-solid relationships with customers while managing their accounts.
  • Help the sales team win by delivering quick, smart solutions to payment issues.
  • Keep the cash flowing strong through smart credit management.
  • Turn data into powerful insights that fuel growth.

Position Requirements

  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Related Field? Great. Not required because hustle matters greatly.
  • Minimum: Associate's Degree or Relevant Work Experience in AP, Accounting, or Bookkeeping? That's the baseline — now show us how you can take it to the next level.
  • QuickBooks skills? Preferred — but we'll coach you up if you've got the right mindset.
