Rejoignez l'équipe Global Procurement & Supply Management (GPSM) – développez vos compétences en approvisionnement stratégique dans un environnement structuré et formateur. Un poste idéal pour un professionnel en début de carrière souhaitant évoluer dans une organisation mondiale.

Poste hybride : 2-3 jours sur site par semaine.

À PROPOS DU RÔLE

Sous la supervision du Gestionnaire, Approvisionnement stratégique, vous serez responsable de :

• Soutenir l'exécution de projets d'approvisionnement pour des sous-catégories telles que main-d'œuvre temporaire, services d'affaires ou services informatiques

• Effectuer des analyses de marché, des comparatifs de prix et de l'étalonnage (benchmarking) fournisseurs

• Préparer et lancer, sous supervision, des appels d'offres de portée limitée (RFI/RFP/RFQ)

• Assurer le suivi administratif des contrats et des bons de commande dans les systèmes ERP

• Compiler des données et préparer des rapports de suivi pour les projets d'approvisionnement

• Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour recueillir les besoins d'affaires

• Maintenir à jour le pipeline de projets d'approvisionnement dans DevOps

• Contribuer aux initiatives d'amélioration continue des processus d'approvisionnement

Formation :

• Diplôme collégial ou universitaire en approvisionnement, administration des affaires, finance, ingénierie ou domaine connexe

Expérience :

• 0-2 ans d'expérience en approvisionnement, achats ou gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement (stages pertinents considérés)

Compétences essentielles :

• Rigueur analytique et souci du détail

• Capacité d'apprentissage rapide et curiosité

• Bonnes habiletés de communication écrite et verbale

• Esprit d'équipe et autonomie encadrée

• Bonne gestion du temps et de l'organisation

• Attitude proactive et professionnalisme

Outils et systèmes :

• Maîtrise de MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Connaissance d'un ERP (Oracle, SAP) - un atout

Langue :

• Bilinguisme (français et anglais) - oral et écritDévelopper vos compétences fondamentales en approvisionnement stratégique

Bénéficier d'un encadrement structuré au sein d'une équipe expérimentée
