Rejoignez l'équipe Global Procurement & Supply Management (GPSM) – Indirect et pilotez des catégories d'approvisionnement complexes et des relations fournisseurs stratégiques. Un rôle à forte visibilité, offrant une réelle influence sur les décisions d'affaires de l'organisation.

Poste hybride : 2-3 jours sur site par semaine.

À PROPOS DU RÔLE

Relevant du Gestionnaire, Approvisionnement stratégique, vous serez responsable de :

• Piloter les stratégies d'approvisionnement pour des sous-catégories complexes (main-d'œuvre temporaire, services d'affaires, services informatiques)

• Négocier des contrats de grande valeur ou de forte complexité avec les fournisseurs, en collaboration avec le service juridique, afin d'optimiser le coût total de propriété (TCO)

• Gérer les relations stratégiques avec les fournisseurs clés et réaliser des revues d'affaires selon une cadence définie

• Diriger des appels d'offres complexes (RFI/RFP/RFQ) et en assurer la gouvernance

• Identifier et mettre en œuvre des initiatives d'économies et de réduction de risque

• Développer et renforcer les relations avec les parties prenantes clés à travers l'organisation

• Encadrer et mentorer les acheteurs juniors et intermédiaires

• Agir comme agent de changement dans un environnement en évolution rapide

• Contribuer activement aux initiatives d'amélioration de processus (principes agiles)

Requirements

Formation :

• Diplôme universitaire en approvisionnement, administration des affaires, finance, ingénierie ou domaine connexe

• Certifications pertinentes (ISM CPSM, CIPS, SCMP, etc.) - un atout fort

Expérience :

• 5 à 8 ans (ou plus) d'expérience pertinente en approvisionnement et gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement

• Expérience démontrée en négociation de contrats complexes et en gestion de fournisseurs stratégiques

• Expérience en approvisionnement de services corporatifs - un atout

Compétences essentielles :

• Excellentes aptitudes en négociation et solide sens des affaires

• Leadership et capacité à encadrer des collègues plus juniors

• Agilité et capacité à collaborer avec des parties prenantes internes et externes dans un environnement dynamique

• Excellentes compétences de communication et de présentation, autorité communicationnelle

• Capacité à interagir avec des parties prenantes majoritairement anglophones

• Autonomie complète et sens politique

• Fortes aptitudes analytiques et orientation résultats

Outils et systèmes :

• Maîtrise de MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

• Expérience avec Oracle ERP/P2P

• Expérience avec SAP et Ariba - préférée

Langue :

• Bilinguisme (français et anglais) - oral et écrit
