Real Estate Acquisition Specialist

Are you a natural closer who thrives on winning deals and getting paid for performance?

High Desert Property Solutions is growing, and we're looking for a driven Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to help homeowners find solutions while building a lucrative career in real estate investing.

This isn't a cold-calling role. We generate the leads, our intake team qualifies them, and you step in to do what you do best—build rapport, negotiate, and close deals.

Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Meet with motivated homeowners by phone, video, and in person
  • Build trust and uncover seller needs and motivation
  • Evaluate properties and negotiate purchase offers
  • Overcome objections and confidently ask for the contract
  • Guide sellers through the process from appointment to signed agreement
  • Follow up consistently on active opportunities
  • Maintain accurate notes and pipeline activity
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth contract execution

What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of closing business
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and earn trust
  • Comfortable meeting sellers in person and traveling to properties when needed
  • Basic understanding of real estate concepts, terminology, and transactions required
  • Ability to learn and apply real estate investment strategies
  • Experience in real estate investing, wholesaling, acquisitions, or real estate sales is preferred but not required

Compensation

Ramp-Up Pay

  • $3,000 per month guaranteed for your first 2 months while you learn the business, complete training, and build your pipeline

Ongoing Compensation

  • 100% Commission-Based
  • Uncapped earning potential
  • Realistic first-year earnings: $84,000 - $170,000+
  • Top performers have the opportunity to earn significantly more

Work Environment

  • Hybrid
  • In-office training and collaboration are expected, especially during onboarding and the initial learning period
  • Regular in-person meetings with sellers and property visits are required
