Ali Professional, divisione di Ali S.p.A. specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili altamente qualificati, seleziona per importante e solida realtà industriale operante nel settore della meccanica di precisione un/a Fresatore CNC Esperto.

Il Ruolo

La risorsa inserita lavorerà all'interno del reparto produttivo e si occuperà in autonomia dell'intero ciclo di lavorazione su frese a 5 assi: dalla lettura del disegno alla programmazione a bordo macchina, fino all'attrezzaggio e al controllo qualità del pezzo finito.

Requirements

  • Lettura e interpretazione del disegno tecnico meccanico avanzato.
  • Attrezzaggio, piazzamento macchina e azzeramento utensili su frese a 5 assi.
  • Programmazione a bordo macchina (linguaggio Fanuc e principali linguaggi di sistema).
  • Uso fluido ed esperto dei principali strumenti da banco e da misura per il controllo qualità.
  • Verifica del rispetto delle tolleranze dimensionali e geometriche sui pezzi lavorati.
  • Consolida esperienza nel ruolo di Fresatore su macchine a 5 assi.
  • Ottima capacità di programmazione (Fanuc o sistemi analoghi) e attrezzaggio in autonomia.
  • Padronanza assoluta nella lettura del disegno tecnico meccanico complesso.
  • Eccellente conoscenza delle tolleranze meccaniche e padronanza degli strumenti di misura di precisione.
  • Ottima dimestichezza con gli strumenti da banco.

Benefits

Contratto: Inserimento diretto in azienda a tempo indeterminato.

Retribuzione: RAL compresa tra €35.000 e €50.000, commisurata alla seniority del candidato.

Orario di lavoro: A giornata, dal lunedì al venerdì (7:30 - 12:00 / 13:30 - 17:00).

Welfare: Welfare aziendale di base + piano di premialità welfare aggiuntivo.

Pausa pranzo: Presenza di area refettorio attrezzata all'interno dello stabilimento (no mensa aziendale).
