Addetto/a Commerciale

ALI PROFESSIONAL, cerca per azienda cliente che si occupa di produzione e commercializzazione di prodotti destinati al mercato farmaceutico ed alimentare.

L’azienda intende inserire una risorsa all’interno dell’ufficio commerciale con riporto diretto al responsabile di funzione.

La risorsa verrà dedicata alla gestione degli attuali clienti e allo sviluppo di nuovi. Si occuperà inoltre della promozione dei prodotti curando direttamente contatti, trattative, formulazione di offerte e contratti in coordinamento con il proprio responsabile.

Preferibile precedente esperienza nel settore vendite semilavorato pharma/food.

Indispensabile fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese e disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte per visite ai clienti sul territorio europeo ed extraeuropeo.

Il candidato ideale dovrebbe possedere buone capacità nel pianificare le attività e nel redigere reportistica.

Completano il profilo proattività, determinazione, capacità di negoziazione e spiccate doti relazionali.

Attività principali

· Gestione e sviluppo del portafoglio clienti, in Italia e all'estero.

· Ricerca e acquisizione di nuovi clienti B2B.

· Predisposizione di offerte commerciali e gestione delle trattative.

· Coordinamento delle strategie di vendita con gli colleghi d’ufficio

· Inserimento, monitoraggio e gestione degli ordini.

· Coordinamento con produzione, logistica e amministrazione per garantire il corretto avanzamento delle commesse.

· Gestione delle richieste dei clienti e assistenza post-vendita.

· Partecipazione a fiere di settore e incontri con clienti, quando necessario.

Requisiti

· Diploma o laurea, preferibilmente a indirizzo economico, linguistico o commerciale.

· Esperienza, in ruoli commerciali o di back office commerciale, preferibilmente in contesti B2B.

· Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera sarà considerata un plus.

· Ottima dimestichezza con il pacchetto Microsoft Office e con i principali gestionali aziendali (ERP).

· Precisione, capacità organizzative e orientamento al cliente.

· Attitudine al lavoro in team e alla gestione di più attività contemporaneamente.
