ALI Professional – Divisione D&I ricerca una figura da inserire come Addetto/a alla Reception presso una realtà in zona Milano Lambrate

La persona inserita sarà il primo punto di riferimento per gli ospiti e si occuperà di accoglienza, assistenza e gestione delle richieste durante il soggiorno.

La risorsa si occuperà di:

  • accoglienza e registrazione degli ospiti;
  • gestione delle richieste e assistenza durante il soggiorno;
  • accompagnamento degli ospiti alla camera e illustrazione dei principali servizi della struttura;
  • gestione delle attività di front office;
  • supporto nella gestione delle eventuali necessità degli ospiti;
  • collaborazione con il team per garantire un’esperienza positiva e un servizio attento e puntuale;
  • partecipazione alla squadra di emergenza aziendale.

Orario di lavoro

La ricerca è rivolta a una risorsa disponibile prevalentemente sui turni diurni:

  • 07:00 – 15:30
  • 15:30 – 23:30

Il lavoro si svolge dal lunedì alla domenica, con 2 giorni di riposo consecutivi. La turnazione può prevedere, in base alle esigenze organizzative, periodi di più giorni consecutivi di lavoro alternati a più giorni di riposo.

La disponibilità a lavorare nei weekend e nei giorni festivi è quindi richiesta.

Requirements

È fondamentale una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, mentre costituisce titolo preferenziale un percorso di studi in ambito linguistico o turistico.

  • CCNL Turismo, 5° livello base – RAL tra i 23 e 25 k da riparametrare su part time di 6 ore
  • ticket restaurant, importo in fase di definizione;
  • piano welfare aziendale, con un credito pari all'1,5% della RAL, oltre a €100 di welfare natalizio;
  • iniziale contratto di 12 mesi, con concrete prospettive di stabilizzazione a tempo indeterminato; in alternativa, possibilità di valutare un primo percorso 6+6 mesi.
