Ali Professional seleziona per conto di un’azienda cliente solida e in forte espansione, specializzata nel settore delle coperture per veicoli industriali, un/a Addetto/a Service, After Sales e Sviluppo Rete Service Point.

In questo ruolo sarai il punto di riferimento strategico e operativo per l'assistenza post-vendita e, soprattutto, il motore principale dello sviluppo della rete dei Service Point partner sul territorio nazionale ed estero.

Principali responsabilità e attività

Il ruolo combina una forte componente sul campo con la gestione dei processi tecnici e di miglioramento aziendale.

Nello specifico ti occuperai di:

  • Sviluppo e Gestione Rete Service Point (circa 80% del ruolo): Mappatura del territorio e scouting di potenziali centri autorizzati; verifiche sul campo, stipula partnership e onboarding; erogazione della formazione iniziale e monitoraggio costante dei KPI e della qualità del servizio tramite visite periodiche (presenza sul territorio per 3-4 giorni a settimana, con focus iniziale sull'Italia e successivo sviluppo sui mercati esteri).
  • Assistenza Tecnica Post-Vendita & Ricambi: Supporto telefonico a clienti e centri assistenza per installazione, utilizzo e manutenzione; analisi dei guasti, individuazione componenti, gestione ordini ricambi e aggiornamento dei listini.
  • Gestione Reclami & Troubleshooting: Inserimento e gestione reclami su piattaforma CRM; coordinamento dell'analisi delle cause radice (root cause analysis) per problematiche ricorrenti e definizione delle azioni correttive nel breve/lungo termine.
  • Formazione & Academy: Organizzazione e gestione delle sessioni di formazione tecnica interne (per i colleghi) ed esterne presso la Academy aziendale rivolte ai Service Point.
  • Miglioramento Continuo & Reporting: Monitoraggio KPI del Service, predisposizione reportistica e partecipazione attiva agli Scrum per la risoluzione dei problemi e l'ottimizzazione dei processi.

Requirements

  • Formazione: Diploma ad indirizzo Tecnico (Meccanico, Meccatronico, Elettrotecnico) o Laurea in Ingegneria/Materie Tecnico-Gestionali;
  • Esperienza: Gradita precedente esperienza in ruoli di Assistenza Tecnica Post-Vendita, Service Engineering o Gestione/Sviluppo Rete di Assistenza (settore Automotive, Veicoli Industriali, Macchine Agricole o Movimento Terra);
  • Competenze Linguistiche: Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (necessaria per il futuro sviluppo dei mercati esteri);
  • Disponibilità a trasferte: Elevata flessibilità e disponibilità a viaggiare sul territorio nazionale (3-4 giorni/settimana);
  • Soft Skills: Forte propensione alle relazioni interpersonali, doti commerciali e negoziali, capacità d'ascolto, approccio metodico al problem solving ed efficacia nella docenza/formazione tecnica.
