Ali Professional ricerca Addetto Specializzato - Settore Carni per importante azienda operante nel settore alimentare, specializzata nella lavorazione e trasformazione delle carni, da inserire presso lo stabilimento di Boffalora Sopra Ticino (MI).

La risorsa si occuperà di:

  • Lavorazione e preparazione delle carni secondo gli standard qualitativi aziendali;
  • Attività di sezionamento, rifilatura e gestione dei tagli;
  • Controllo della qualità della materia prima e del prodotto durante le diverse fasi di lavorazione;
  • Utilizzo di attrezzature e strumenti specifici per la lavorazione delle carni;
  • Corretta applicazione delle procedure HACCP e delle norme in materia di sicurezza alimentare e sul lavoro;
  • Rispetto delle procedure operative e degli standard qualitativi aziendali;
  • Collaborazione con il team di produzione per garantire efficienza, qualità e continuità del processo produttivo;
  • Supporto alle attività operative dei diversi reparti in base alle competenze e all'esperienza maturata.

Requirements

  • Esperienza maturata presso macelli, laboratori di sezionamento carni, salumifici o aziende operanti nella lavorazione e trasformazione delle carni;
  • Valutiamo positivamente anche candidati provenienti da reparti macelleria della GDO;
  • Buona conoscenza delle lavorazioni e dei principali tagli della carne;
  • Precisione, affidabilità e orientamento alla qualità;
