  • Pelé Soccer, retailer spécialisé dans la culture football, ouvre son premier magasin européen à Disney Village (Disneyland Paris) fin mai 2026 et recherche son(sa) Adjoint(e) Responsable de Magasin
  • Magasin phare de 135 m² situé au cœur de Disney Village, ouvert 7j/7
  • Poste en CDI à temps plein (39h hebdomadaires), basé à Chessy (77700)
  • Rémunération attractive selon profil
  • Date de prise de poste souhaitée : mi-mai 2026
  • En binôme du Responsable de Magasin, vous êtes le(la) numéro 2 du magasin et co-responsable de la performance commerciale, de l'animation de l'équipe et de l'excellence opérationnelle

Missions principales

  • Seconder le Responsable de Magasin dans la gestion quotidienne et le remplacer en son absence
  • Co-piloter la performance commerciale du magasin (chiffre d'affaires, taux de transformation, panier moyen, indices de vente)
  • Animer, former et accompagner une équipe de 6 à 8 vendeurs au quotidien
  • Garantir un niveau d'expérience client à la hauteur du standing de Disney Village
  • Assurer l'ouverture et la fermeture du magasin en tant que keyholder
  • Veiller au merchandising visuel et au respect des standards de la marque Pelé Soccer
  • Participer à la gestion des stocks, à la prévention de la démarque inconnue et aux inventaires
  • Gérer la caisse, les encaissements et les procédures de remise en banque
  • Assurer le respect des règles d'hygiène, de sécurité et de sécurité incendie
  • Veiller au respect du Règlement Intérieur et du Cahier des Charges Opérationnel de Disney Village

Requirements

  • Expérience d'au moins 3 ans en management d'équipe dans le retail, idéalement dans un environnement premium ou spécialisé
  • Une expérience dans le secteur sportif, lifestyle ou en environnement touristique est un plus
  • Excellentes compétences en vente, en relation client et en animation d'équipe
  • Aisance avec les outils de gestion (POS, suivi des indicateurs commerciaux, planning)
  • Disponibilité pour travailler le week-end, en soirée et durant les jours fériés (rémunération majorée + repos compensateur)
  • Anglais professionnel apprécié (clientèle internationale)
  • Passion pour le football et la culture sportive bienvenue
  • Sens du commerce, leadership, exemplarité et envie de construire avec nous l'ouverture d'un projet ambitieux
