The posting

Empresa española del sector alimentario, especializada en la elaboración y comercialización de productos embutidos, busca incorporar un/a Adjunto/a a Dirección Comercial para liderar el desarrollo de sus canales de distribución y contribuir a la estrategia comercial de la compañía.

La posición trabajará estrechamente con la Dirección Comercial, combinando la gestión de grandes cuentas con el análisis del negocio, la planificación comercial y la coordinación con las áreas internas. Buscamos un perfil reflexivo y estratégico, capaz de tomar decisiones comerciales sostenibles, proteger la rentabilidad y construir relaciones de largo plazo con los clientes.

Por tratarse de productos alimentarios perecederos, será fundamental comprender la relación entre demanda, producción, disponibilidad, rotación y ejecución en el punto de venta.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Liderar la gestión comercial de grandes cadenas, centrales de compra y clientes estratégicos a nivel nacional, manteniendo una visión integral del canal tradicional.
  • Negociar precios, volúmenes, promociones, surtidos y condiciones comerciales, protegiendo la rentabilidad de la compañía.
  • Analizar las ventas por cliente, producto, canal y zona geográfica para detectar desviaciones y oportunidades de crecimiento.
  • Diseñar planes comerciales y acuerdos que fortalezcan el posicionamiento de las marcas en los puntos de venta.
  • Coordinar con Producción y Operaciones la previsión de la demanda, considerando la capacidad productiva, disponibilidad, rotación y vida útil de los productos.
  • Coordinar al equipo comercial y realizar visitas periódicas a clientes y puntos de venta en distintas zonas de España.

Perfil buscado

  • Entre 8 y 10 años de experiencia en posiciones comerciales dentro de empresas de alimentación, productos perecederos o gran consumo.
  • Experiencia negociando con grandes cadenas de distribución, centrales de compra o cuentas nacionales.
  • Conocimiento de la gran distribución, el canal tradicional y la gestión de productos en puntos de venta físicos.
  • Capacidad para gestionar cuentas y volúmenes de negocio relevantes, con responsabilidad sobre precios, márgenes y rentabilidad.
  • Visión estratégica y capacidad para transformar el análisis comercial en decisiones y planes de acción.
  • Formación universitaria relacionada con empresa, marketing, economía o comercio.
  • Inglés valorable y disponibilidad para viajar regularmente dentro de España.

Ubicación

La posición tendrá su base en Logroño y requerirá presencia habitual en las oficinas centrales. También podrán considerarse profesionales residentes en Pamplona, Burgos, Zaragoza o localidades cercanas, siempre que cuenten con disponibilidad para desplazarse a Logroño varias veces por semana.
