The posting

Notre client, une organisation du secteur du transport collectif, utilise le progiciel Hastus pour la gestion et l'optimisation de son service d'autobus : production des horaires, affectation des chauffeurs et soutien aux activités quotidiennes de transport collectif. Après avoir complété une première phase (mise à jour des modules existants), l'organisation amorce une deuxième phase, qui prévoit l'intégration de nouveaux modules (gestion des autobus électriques, gestion des déviations sur le réseau, gestion du choix de travail des chauffeurs). La ressource recherchée soutiendra l'équipe interne dans les travaux de mise à niveau et d'intégration de nouveaux modules, en étroite collaboration avec les administrateurs internes et les pilotes de système.

Responsabilités

  • Configurer et maintenir l'environnement Hastus (disponibilité, performance, sécurité)
  • Gérer les accès et profils utilisateurs selon les règles de sécurité en vigueur
  • Paramétrer des règles d'affaires et développer des attributs ou formules
  • Gérer ou collaborer aux intégrations avec les autres systèmes (création d'OIG/OIR)
  • Développer des scripts d'automatisation pour le transfert de données
  • Participer aux essais d'intégration et aux essais utilisateurs
  • Installer de nouvelles versions logicielles
  • Assurer le soutien aux utilisateurs (diagnostic, correctifs, résolution d'incidents)
  • Surveiller la performance et la santé du système, et maintenir la documentation technique

Livrables attendus

  • Registre des incidents et des correctifs mis en place
  • Registre de gestion des accès
  • Documentation détaillée des paramètres modifiés (attributs, formules, listes, etc.)
  • Mise à jour des guides techniques

Exigences obligatoires

  • Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) en informatique ou discipline connexe (minimum)
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience à titre d'analyste-programmeur
  • Avoir contribué à au moins 2 mandats réalisés au cours des 5 dernières années dans des environnements technologiques comparables
  • Maîtrise des langages SQL et .NET

Atouts

  • Expérience dans un rôle d'administrateur de système applicatif
  • Avoir participé à un projet de mise à jour du progiciel Hastus
  • Bonne connaissance des outils Talend (ETL, ESB)
  • Certification pertinente (ex. Microsoft, PMP ou équivalent)

  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de diagnostic et de résolution de problèmes
  • Aptitudes orientées service à la clientèle et collaboration inter-équipes
  • Capacité à planifier et suivre plusieurs activités simultanément
  • Rigueur professionnelle et bon sens de l'organisation
