The posting

Nous cherchons un Administrateur systemes - Microsoft 365 & Azure pour le compte de notre client , Chef de file dans le domaine de la plomberie, du chauffage et de la climatisation à Montreal .

Responsabilités :

  • Prendre en charge les tickets relatifs à Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Office) et aux postes Windows 11, jusqu’à leur résolution.
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre des incidents techniques variés, incluant des problématiques complexes.
  • Configurer et faire évoluer les environnements Microsoft 365 :
  • Règles de boîtes aux lettres
  • Politiques Teams / SharePoint
  • Paramètres de sécurité de base
  • Assurer la gestion des serveurs, des infrastructures réseau et des environnements cloud tels que Microsoft Azure et Microsoft Virtual Desktop.
  • Rédiger et maintenir la documentation technique, les procédures et les guides utilisateurs; alimenter la base de connaissances interne.
  • Effectuer la maintenance et les mises à jour des systèmes et logiciels.
  • Participer à des projets technologiques : migrations, automatisations, intégration d’outils IA, etc.

Compétences requises :

  • Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft 365 : Outlook / Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online et centres d’administration.
  • Connaissance approfondie de Azure AD, Intune, Microsoft 365 et Azure.
  • Capacité à diagnostiquer et résoudre efficacement des incidents techniques complexes.
  • Compétences en communication et sens du service à la clientèle.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe tout en étant autonome.
  • Adaptabilité face aux évolutions technologiques.

Certifications (peuvent être remplacées par une expérience équivalente dans des postes similaires)

  • Azure : AZ-900, AZ104
  • Support informatique MD-102
  • Administration Microsoft : MS-900, MS-102
  • Sécurité: AZ-900, AZ104

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) en informatique ou expérience équivalente.
  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en support informatique ou administration Microsoft 365.
  • Capacité à analyser et résoudre des problèmes techniques complexes.
  • Excellente organisation et gestion des priorités.
  • Aptitude à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.

Exigences

  • Disponibilité occasionnelle en dehors des heures normales de travail.
  • Poste en présentiel à Montréal.
  • Déplacements occasionnels possibles entre les bureaux du Groupe.
