Contexte du mandat Dans le cadre d'un mandat au sein d'un organisme public québécois, nous recherchons un(e) spécialiste en administration de bases de données pour se joindre à une équipe de DBA. La personne retenue contribuera aux activités d'exploitation courantes ainsi qu'à la réalisation de projets technologiques, tant dans des environnements sur site que dans l'environnement infonuagique AWS.

Responsabilités

  • Agir à titre de répondant pour analyser les demandes, concevoir et mettre en œuvre les solutions technologiques requises (gestion des incidents, demandes de changement, mises à niveau, installations, correctifs de sécurité)
  • Assurer l'administration, l'exploitation, la surveillance et l'optimisation des performances des bases de données Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server et MariaDB
  • Assurer la sauvegarde et la restauration des bases de données
  • Participer à la mise en place, à l'administration et au maintien des solutions de haute disponibilité et de reprise après sinistre
  • Travailler avec Oracle Fusion Middleware (OFM Forms/Reports Server), Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), RMAN, Ansible, Git et Terraform
  • Automatiser, déployer et maintenir des infrastructures et bases de données dans différents services AWS
  • Intervenir sur des bases de données Oracle hébergées sous Linux, déployées en haute disponibilité via Oracle RAC et/ou Oracle Data Guard

Exigences de base

  • Diplôme universitaire de 1er cycle (BAC) en informatique, en administration (option système d'information organisationnelle) ou dans une discipline pertinente
  • 8 années d'expérience en TI au cours des 12 dernières années, dont 6 années en infrastructures technologiques à titre d'administrateur de base de données (mandats d'exploitation/infrastructures, ou projets d'analyse/mise en œuvre technologique)
  • Avoir réalisé, à titre d'administrateur de base de données, 3 mandats de plus de 220 jours-personnes au cours des 6 dernières années, dans un environnement comparable en envergure et en complexité

Exigences spécifiques

  • 3 ans d'expérience en administration de Microsoft SQL Server et de bases de données Oracle : installation, configuration, sauvegarde/restauration, haute disponibilité, optimisation des performances, sécurité, gestion des correctifs, outils d'administration/surveillance/automatisation — incluant Oracle RAC et/ou Oracle Data Guard, RMAN, OEM et Ansible
  • 2 ans d'expérience en administration et configuration d'Oracle Fusion Middleware (OFM Forms/Reports Server)
  • 1 an d'expérience en administration de bases de données en environnement AWS, mode Infrastructure as Code (Git, Terraform, services AWS)
