Salary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring an Administrative Coordinator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa, owning day-to-day scheduling and cross-team coordination.

Role overview

You will keep a busy UK team organised, coordinating schedules, documentation and communication across departments so nothing falls through the cracks.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate schedules and meetings across multiple teams
  • Maintain accurate records and shared documentation
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support process improvements and reporting
  • Manage correspondence and follow-ups
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative projects

What you will need

  • Experience with calendar and inbox management tools (Outlook or Google Workspace)
  • Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders or departments
  • Familiarity with document management and filing systems
  • Strong written English communication
  • Comfortable working UK business hours

Nice to have

  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, or Monday)
  • Prior experience supporting a UK or international team
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
