The posting

Buscamos un/a Administrativo/a General para gestionar la administración y el control financiero diario de un centro de medicina estética ubicado en CABA.

La posición es remota y requiere experiencia comprobable en medicina estética, clínicas estéticas o rubros afines. Trabajará en coordinación con la dirección, el equipo comercial y el estudio contable.

Responsabilidades

  • Registrar y controlar ingresos, egresos, ventas y cobranzas.
  • Controlar los cierres diarios de caja, conciliando los registros del sistema con la información y los comprobantes enviados por el equipo del centro.
  • Gestionar la liquidación de sueldos, premios y comisiones, verificando la información necesaria para su cálculo.
  • Controlar el stock mediante el sistema y los reportes del equipo presencial, identificar necesidades de reposición y gestionar compras.
  • Cargar y controlar facturas y dar seguimiento a los pagos a proveedores.
  • Realizar conciliaciones contables, identificar diferencias y gestionar su resolución.
  • Llevar el seguimiento de vencimientos e impuestos junto con el estudio contable.
  • Preparar y enviar documentación al estudio contable.
  • Supervisar el correcto uso del sistema de gestión y asegurar que los registros estén completos y actualizados.
  • Proponer mejoras en los procesos administrativos internos.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia comprobable en administración de centros de medicina estética, clínicas estéticas o rubros afines.
  • Experiencia en liquidación de sueldos, premios y comisiones.
  • Conocimientos y experiencia en caja, facturación, cobranzas, proveedores, compras, stock y conciliaciones contables.
  • Muy buen manejo de sistemas de gestión y Excel o Google Sheets.
  • Organización, proactividad y capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y prioridades.
  • Atención al detalle, criterio y confidencialidad en el manejo de información.
  • Autonomía para trabajar de forma remota y coordinar tareas con el equipo presencial.

Condiciones de contratación

  • Modalidad: remota.
  • Dedicación: part-time, 4 horas diarias de lunes a viernes.
  • Horario: a convenir con la clienta.
  • Tipo de contratación: freelance, con honorarios mensuales.

Importante: buscamos experiencia concreta en administración y control de gestión. Los perfiles cuya experiencia se limite a recepción o atención al paciente no cumplen con los requisitos de esta posición.
