Grupo DRV Phytolab es una compañía líder en el sector de la belleza profesional y la cosmética, especializada en la fabricación y distribución de productos cosméticos para el mercado de la estética. Buscamos incorporar a una persona que contribuya al buen funcionamiento del área de exportación y ayude a mantener un servicio ágil, riguroso y orientado al cliente internacional.

Esta posición tiene un papel clave en la coordinación operativa y comercial del departamento, dando soporte a la relación con clientes internacionales y asegurando que cada proceso administrativo vinculado a exportación se gestione con precisión y seguimiento continuo.

Responsibilities

  • Gestionar las tareas propias de back office del Departamento de Exportación.
  • Atender de forma verbal y escrita a clientes internacionales en inglés y/o francés.
  • Realizar pedidos y efectuar el seguimiento de los mismos.
  • Gestionar la facturación y la legalización de documentos.
  • Coordinar con transportistas según el INCOTERM pactado.
  • Dar soporte en los trámites aduaneros vinculados a la operativa de exportación.
  • Gestionar incidencias hasta lograr la entrega satisfactoria de la mercancía y dar servicio postventa.
  • Asistir a ferias internacionales.

Requirements

  • IMPRESCINDIBLE: inglés nivel muy alto.
  • Formación profesional en administración y comercio internacional.
  • Práctica de al menos 3 años en back office de departamentos de exportación en compañías internacionales.
  • Experiencia utilizando sistemas ERP para la gestión de back office de exportación.
  • Experiencia en gestión de pedidos y facturación dentro de un entorno de back office de exportación.
  • Experiencia en trato directo con clientes internacionales, transportistas y resolución de incidencias de postventa.
  • Imprescindible poder trabajar legalmente en España.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente a ferias internacionales.
  • Se valora muy positivamente segundo idioma: francés nivel alto; ruso, valorable.
  • Muy valorable conocimientos del sector cosmético o similares.
  • Orden, meticulosidad, proactividad y capacidad de resolución, con facilidad para la realización de diversas tareas de forma simultánea.
