The Mile High District of Farmers Insurance is looking for passionate and ambitious individuals to take on the role of Agency Leaders. This position offers the unique opportunity to operate your own insurance agency/ become your own boss, while benefiting from the robust support and training that comes with a respected brand like Farmers Insurance. You'll be empowered to build and manage your agency, while also making a positive impact in your community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team to meet and exceed sales goals and service expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage the daily operations of the agency, taking responsibility for all business decisions.
  • Keep abreast of the insurance industry, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to take ownership and grow a business.
  • Must be willing to obtain or possess necessary state insurance licenses (Property and Casualty, Life and Health). Study materials are provided for your benefit.
