Description de l'emploi

En tant qu'Agent de l'expérience client, vous devrez fournir un service de haute qualité aux clients, conformément à notre philosophie, assurer des arrivées et des départs d'avions efficaces et courtois, et assurer une communication et une coordination sans faille entre les clients et les agents de service en ligne. Vous aiderez également les clients avec les services demandés tels que le ravitaillement, la restauration et la sécurisation de l'espace du hangar, ainsi que l'hébergement et le transport, entre autres.

Requirements

Expérience et compétences requises

  • Une expérience avec support client .
  • Doit être à l'aise en français et en anglais, parlé et écrit.
  • Raison: Le contact avec une autre langue que le français d’une clientèle internationale.
  • Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et de communication.
  • Doit démontrer de solides compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office et capacité à s'adapter rapidement aux nouvelles technologies.
  • Doit être capable de gérer efficacement plusieurs projets et tâches en même temps.
  • Capacité de travailler en équipe.
  • Doit être disponible pour travailler sur différents quarts de travail, y compris les fins de semaine et les jours fériés.
