Principales Responsabilités :

Gestion de la Relation Client :

  • Traiter les demandes des clients et fournir des conseils sur les contrats d'assurance santé, les garanties, les remboursements et tous les aspects du cycle de vie du contrat, y compris la souscription, les modifications, les résiliations et les primes.

Gestion Administrative :

  • Contrats : Enregistrement et résiliation des contrats, collecte des primes.
  • Services de Santé : Saisir les remboursements, créer des devis, émettre des approbations de couverture conformément aux procédures internes.
  • Dossiers Clients : Mettre à jour et modifier les informations des clients (détails du contrat, adresse, coordonnées bancaires).

Satisfaction Client :

  • Contribuer à la satisfaction des clients par la qualité des réponses, l'efficacité du travail et l'atteinte des indicateurs de performance.

Remarque : Ce poste n'implique aucune activité de vente ou de prospection.

Requirements

Formation : Bac +2, une expérience dans le domaine de l'assurance est appréciée mais non obligatoire.

Horaires :

  • 40 heures par semaine
  • Horaires flexibles : de 7h30 à 10h00 et de 15h45 à 19h00, du lundi au vendredi

Benefits

Indemnités et avantages :

  • Indemnité de repas : 9 EUR/jour travaillé
  • Indemnité de transport : 50 EUR/mois (montant brut)
  • Bonus de performance annuel : Jusqu'à 170 EUR brut (montant variable), versé en avril de chaque année
  • Bonus trimestriel : Jusqu'à 200 EUR brut par trimestre (montant variable)
  • Prime annuelle : Versée en décembre de chaque année, correspondant à 1000 EUR du salaire de base annuel (montant variable en fonction de l'atteinte des objectifs)
  • Assurance : Affiliation à l'assurance à partir du 1er jour d'intégration (prise en charge par l'employeur)
