Au sein de la division Air Export, vos missions en tant qu'agent de transit aérien export seront d'assurer la fiabilité et la productivité du transport de chaque expédition.

Vous serez notamment en charge :

- De réaliser des revues de contrat correspondantes

- De contrôler des documents

- Du traitement informatique du Dossier

- De l'organisation du transport d'approche

- D'assurer le retour d'information et de documentation client et réseau

- De veiller à l'exécution des formalités douanières et administratives

- D'assurer l'édition des facturations

- D'assurer la gestion, la traçabilité documentaire et l'archivage de la prestation

- De la gestion de la facturation client

- Des Réservations Transporteurs et suivi de la réalisation des transports

- De l'organisation des prestations de transport aérien

- De l'assistance aux tâches générales du service

- De la saisie courriers / messages

- De veiller au respect de la qualité des prestations du service

Requirements

- Bac+2

- Débutant accepté

- Généralité sur la réglementation douanière

- Techniques et Législation du transport

- Transport, Logistique et Commerce International

- Informatique, outils bureautiques,

- Anglais
