Description du poste

Services SFT recherche activement un(e) Agent(e) de relations humaines (ARH) qualifié(e) et autonome pour combler un mandat temporaire à temps complet à Havre-Saint-Pierre (Région Côte-Nord).

Rattaché(e) aux départements AAOR (Accueil, Analyse, Orientation, Référence) et SSG (Services sociaux généraux), vous serez au cœur de l'évaluation psychosociale de première ligne et du suivi de proximité de la communauté. Ce mandat offre de très belles conditions financières et logistiques propres aux grilles des régions éloignées.

Détails du mandat :

  • Période : Du 19 octobre 2026 au 17 février 2027
  • Horaire : Quarts de JOUR exclusivement (Pas de soir, de nuit ou de 12 heures)
  • Fins de semaine : Disponibilité requise au besoin selon les nécessités du service
  • Garde : Aucune garde demandée (Non)
  • Orientation : Prévoir un bloc complet de 5 jours d'orientation en début de mandat

Responsabilités:

Au sein de l'équipe des services sociaux généraux et de l'accueil, vos principales fonctions seront :

  • Recevoir, analyser et évaluer les demandes d'aide psychosociale (processus AAOR) afin d'orienter efficacement les usagers vers les programmes appropriés.
  • Assurer des interventions de soutien clinique et de suivi psychosocial (SSG) à court ou moyen terme auprès d'une clientèle diversifiée.
  • Accompagner les usagers en situation de vulnérabilité, d'isolement ou lors de situations de crise.
  • Collaborer activement avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire locale et les différents partenaires du réseau.

Exigences:

Pour soumettre votre dossier, vous devez répondre aux critères obligatoires suivants :

  • Scolarité : Détenir un diplôme universitaire de premier cycle (Baccalauréat) ou une combinaison d'études équivalente dans une discipline des sciences humaines/sociales appropriée (ex. : criminologie, psychologie, psychoéducation).
  • Expertise : Détenir une expérience récente et pertinente dans le réseau de la santé au Québec, idéalement en première ligne (CLSC / AAOR).
  • Note : Contrairement au mandat de la DPJ, le permis de conduire, un véhicule personnel et le bilinguisme ne sont pas requis pour ce poste.

Avantages et conditions:

  • Rémunération : Salaire de base attractif de 50,00 $ / H (incluant la prime d'assiduité).
  • Per diem quotidien de 70,00 $ octroyé pour la durée de l'assignation.
  • Prise en charge complète des frais de déplacement et hébergement sont assurés.
  • Accompagnement de proximité, rigoureux et humain par l’équipe de Services SFT.
