Agent méthodes – Contrôle fonctionnel tests mécaniques (FTC)

Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion, l'optimisation et l'amélioration des systèmes mécaniques ou avioniques.

LES TÂCHES QUE VOUS ALLEZ ACCOMPLIR 🎯

  • Résoudre des problèmes complexes liés aux systèmes avioniques (troubleshooting) et apporter une expertise pour diagnostiquer les pannes critiques.
  • Élaborer et optimiser les procédures de tests fonctionnels avioniques, en s’assurant de la conformité aux exigences de l’ingénierie et en identifiant l’outillage et les équipements de test requis.
  • Collaborer avec l’ingénierie pour réviser, valider et implémenter les requis techniques liés aux systèmes avioniques.
  • Planifier, gérer et superviser la mise en œuvre des changements en production, tout en minimisant les impacts sur les opérations.
  • Offrir un soutien technique approfondi aux équipes de production lors du diagnostic et de la résolution de problèmes avioniques.
  • Analyser les résultats des tests, identifier les écarts et proposer des améliorations aux méthodes et procédures de test.
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus et à l’optimisation des séquences de tests avioniques.

Methods Specialist - FTC (Functional Test Control)

You will play a key role in managing, optimizing, and improving mechanical or avionic systems.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 🎯

  • Solve complex issues related to avionics systems (troubleshooting) and provide expertise to diagnose critical failures.
  • Develop and optimize avionics functional test procedures, ensuring compliance with engineering requirements and identifying the required test equipment and tooling.
  • Collaborate with engineering to review, validate, and implement technical requirements related to avionics systems.
  • Plan, manage, and oversee the implementation of production changes, while minimizing operational impacts.
  • Provide in-depth technical support to production teams during avionics troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Analyze test results, identify discrepancies, and recommend improvements to test methods and procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the optimization of avionics functional test sequences.

Requirements

VOTRE PROFIL EST ESSENTIEL À NOTRE REUSSITE 💎

· DEC en entretien d’aéronef avec un minimum de trois à cinq (3 à 5) années d’expérience en aviation.

· La connaissance des systèmes avioniques d’un avion est essentielle.

· Avoir le sens des responsabilités, de l’intégrité, de l’initiative et un bon jugement technique.

· Être capable de travailler avec un minimum de supervision et avez de fortes aptitudes organisationnelles.

· Le bilinguisme et de solides compétences organisationnelles et de communication sont également essentielles.

· Connaissance de SAP, Macpac, Quicksilver est un atout.

· Connaissance des produits Challenger (Bombardier) est un atout important.

YOUR PROFILE IS ESSENTIAL TO OUR SUCCESS 💎

· DEC in Aircraft Maintenance with a minimum of three to five (3–5) years of experience in aviation.

· Knowledge of aircraft avionical systems is essential.

· Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, initiative, and sound technical judgment.

· Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills.

· Bilingualism, along with strong organizational and communication skills, is also essential.

· Knowledge of SAP, Macpac, and Quicksilver is an asset.

· Knowledge of Challenger (Bombardier) products is a strong asset.
