About the Role

We are looking for an Agent Registration & Channel Partner Coordinator to join our client’s team in Dubai on a full-time basis from October to December, with the possibility of extension based on performance. The role sits within our client’s agent and channel partner operations, owning the full lifecycle of the agent network from first registration through to renewal.

You will:

  • Register and onboard new agents and channel partners
  • Maintain accurate partner contracts and records
  • Coordinate commission payments with Finance and track their status
  • Prepare regular reports on the agent network
  • Keep the network compliant with internal and regulatory requirements

This is a hands-on coordination role. You will be the central point of contact between agents, internal teams and Finance, making sure every partner is properly documented, paid on time and up to date with renewals.

The position suits someone highly organised who is comfortable owning records end to end and following up until every item is closed.

Key Responsibilities

Agent Registration & Onboarding

  • Manage the registration process for new agents and channel partners, ensuring all documentation is complete and verified.
  • Coordinate onboarding so new partners are set up correctly in internal systems.
  • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date database of all registered agents.

Contracts & Compliance

  • Prepare, maintain and file partner contracts and agreements.
  • Track contract expiry dates and manage renewals ahead of deadlines.
  • Ensure records and processes meet compliance requirements across the agent network.

Commission & Payment Coordination

  • Coordinate commission calculations and payments with the Finance team.
  • Monitor payment status and follow up on outstanding or delayed payments.
  • Resolve queries from agents regarding commissions and payments.

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare regular reports on registrations, commissions, payments and renewals.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider partner operations team.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing agent or channel partner registrations
  • Experience maintaining partner contracts and tracking renewals
  • Experience coordinating commission payments with Finance and monitoring payment status
  • Strong reporting, record-keeping and administrative skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple partners at once
  • Valid UAE documents (Emirates ID, visa and passport) with at least six months’ validity

Ideal Background

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is a strong advantage
  • Background in real estate, sales operations or partner management is an advantage
  • Experience working within a compliance-driven environment

Working Conditions

  • Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
  • Location: On site
  • Start date: As soon as possible
  • Contract: October to December, with possible extension based on performance
  • Visa: Investor, free zone and freelance visas are not accepted
