Descripción En EALDE Business School buscamos una persona con ambición comercial, energía y ganas de desarrollar una carrera de ventas de alto impacto.

Somos una escuela de negocios especializada en Compliance, Gestión de Riesgos y Sostenibilidad, con 19 años de trayectoria y alumnado en más de 20 países. Ayudamos a profesionales con experiencia a tomar decisiones formativas relevantes mediante una venta consultiva, rigurosa y centrada en aportar valor.

Te incorporarás a un proyecto consolidado y en crecimiento, con foco comercial en mercado internacional. Tu iniciativa, evolución y resultados tendrán visibilidad y reconocimiento.

¿Qué harás?

  • Gestionar una cartera de prospectos cualificados desde el primer contacto hasta el cierre.
  • Comprender necesidades y objetivos para orientar a cada profesional hacia el programa más adecuado.
  • Asesorar mediante una venta consultiva, generando confianza y aportando valor.
  • Realizar seguimiento de oportunidades, desarrollar el pipeline y registrar la actividad en CRM.
  • Alcanzar y superar objetivos mensuales de facturación.
  • Trabajar con autonomía, iniciativa y mentalidad de mejora continua.

Requirements

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia comercial previa y resultados demostrables en ventas.
  • Se valorará experiencia en venta consultiva, productos o servicios de valor, formación, venta fría o tickets medios exigentes.
  • Orientación a objetivos, capacidad de escucha y habilidades para generar relaciones de confianza.
  • Comunicación oral excelente en español.
  • Iniciativa, organización y familiaridad con CRM y herramientas digitales.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en Madrid cuatro días por semana.

  • Horario de tarde: Lunes a Jueves de 14:00 a 22:30 y viernes de 14:00 a 20:00
  • Modelo híbrido: un día de teletrabajo semanal y cuatro días presenciales en la oficina de Madrid.
