Funciones:

  • Emisión de llamadas a clientes que ya han solicitado presupuesto para asesorarlos y ofrecerles la mejor propuesta en seguros de coche y moto de esta importante aseguradora.
  • Resolución eficaz de incidencias, consultas y dudas del cliente.
  • Manejo de las BBDD, herramientas, aplicaciones.

Requirements

  • Nivel de estudios secundarios (ESO o bachiller o equivalente).
  • Buen nivel de comunicación oral y escrita, con actitud profesional.
  • Experiencia en atención al cliente o puestos comerciales.
  • Muy valorable experiencia en ventas de seguros.
  • Capacidad para gestionar clientes con profesionalidad y empatía.
  • Habilidad en el manejo informático y agilidad en el teclado.
  • Enfoque a resultados y motivación por superar objetivos.
  • Deseo de pertenecer a una gran compañía en la que puedas desarrollarte profesionalmente.

Requisito de honorabilidad

Para poder prestar servicios en esta oferta, conforme al requisito de honorabilidad recogido en el Real Decreto-ley 3/2020, de 4 de febrero, es obligatoria la ausencia de antecedentes penales por haber cometido infracciones penales relativas al ejercicio de actividades financieras, y no haber sido sancionado en el ámbito administrativo en materia aseguradora, bancaria, de mercado de valores, Hacienda Pública, Seguridad Social, defensa de la competencia, movimiento de capitales, transacciones económicas con el exterior, blanqueo de capitales y financiación del terrorismo y protección de consumidores y usuarios por la comisión de infracciones tipificadas como muy graves o graves. Si la persona candidata es seleccionada, deberá firmar la correspondiente declaración de honorabilidad junto con el contrato de trabajo.

  • Jornada de 32.5 horas semanales de 15 a 21.30h ó 35 horas semanales de 15 a 22hs, de lunes a domingo. (Librando 2 fines de semana al mes. Las semanas que se trabaje fin de semana se libra 2 días de lunes a viernes.)
  • Trabajo presencial en nuestro centro de Madrid (CL Alcalá 265-Metro El Carmen) . Posibilidad de teletrabajo a partir de los 3 meses.
  • Además del salario base establecido por el convenido de Contact Center (14.282,98€ brutos/año por las 32.5h/s-1.190€brutos/mes ó 15.381,67 € brutos/año por las 35h/s -1.282€ brutos/mes ), puedes conseguir interesantes incentivos.
  • Contrato inicial de 2 meses prorrogables y posteriormente posibilidad de contratación indefinida (servicio estable).
  • Formación inicial remunerada de 10 días de duración.
  • Obtendrás la Certificación de Mediador de Seguros.
