¿Qué buscamos?

Como Agente de Atención al Cliente en Novibet, serás el primer punto de contacto para los clientes, respondiendo a sus consultas sobre la gestión de cuentas y las opciones de apuestas. Resolverás problemas como errores de pago o dificultades de acceso, garantizando una experiencia fluida.

¿En qué trabajarás?

  • Asistirás a nuestra base de clientes a través de chat en vivo, teléfono, correo electrónico y redes sociales con una amplia variedad de consultas sobre cuentas, incluyendo pagos, inicio de sesión, verificación y apuestas
  • Responder de manera oportuna a las consultas de los clientes
  • Gestionar las quejas y ofrecer soluciones adecuadas
  • Dirigir las solicitudes y problemas no resueltos a los departamentos internos y realizar un seguimiento para asegurar su resolución
  • Documentar consultas, comentarios y quejas
  • Contribuir a la mejora de la experiencia del cliente mediante observaciones compartidas con los equipos de Producto

Requisitos

  • Título de bachillerato o de una universidad acreditada.
  • Dominio del inglés (deseable).
  • Experiencia previa en un puesto similar o en un centro de llamadas.
  • Conocimientos informáticos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relaciones interpersonales.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos.
