Estamos buscando personas entusiastas y orientadas al cliente que dominen tanto el inglés como el español para apoyar a nuestra diversa cartera de clientes. Como Agente de Servicio al Cliente Bilingüe, serás la voz de nuestra empresa, ayudando a los clientes a gestionar sus consultas, resolver problemas y garantizar su satisfacción con nuestros servicios.

  • Asistir a los clientes con información sobre productos, preguntas de cuentas y otras inquietudes.
  • Utilizar sólidas habilidades de comunicación para explicar soluciones de manera clara y efectiva.
  • Mantener registros precisos de las interacciones y transacciones con los clientes.
  • Proporcionar retroalimentación y sugerencias para mejorar la prestación general del servicio.

TRAINING + NESTING:

  • 25 días de entrenamiento:
  • Lunes a jueves 8:00 AM- 5:30 PM Y Viernes de 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM (Dos días off sábados y Domingos)
  • 10 días de Nesting: 42 horas semanales, de la misma manera que el horario de operaciones

Requirements

  • Nivel Académico: Bachiller, Técnico, Tecnólogo o Profesional.
  • Experiencia Laboral: Experiencia mínimo 6 meses en call center
  • Residir en la ciudad de Bogotá.
  • Nivel de Ingles: B2+ - C1
