The Team / チームについて

AIイネーブルメントチームは、最先端のAI技術とビジネス成果の間のギャップを埋めることで、組織全体でのAI活用を加速します。社内の各チームと連携してインパクトの高いユースケースを特定し、共通インフラとベストプラクティスを整備するとともに、エンジニアもビジネスユーザーも含めた全員がAIを日常的に活用した働き方を実現するためのツールと知識を提供します。

Role Mission / ミッション

このポジションでは、AI活用推進の技術的・戦略的リードとして、ビジネス部門の担当者と直接連携しながら課題を特定し、適切なAI施策を設計・実装し、組織全体への展開を牽引していただきます。AI技術と各チームをつなぐ架け橋として、組織全体がAIを効果的に構築・活用できるよう、基準・手順・推進プログラムを整備していただきます。

Responsibilities / 主な業務内容

  • 組織横断的な各部門の最前線に入り込み、フワッとした業務課題やペインポイントを明確な技術要件に落とし込み、プロトタイプ構築からプロダクション対応ソリューションへの転換を一気通貫で主導する。
  • 単なる開発体験（DX）の向上にとどまらず、AI導入による具体的なビジネスインパクト、業務効率化、現場での採用率（Adoption）などのEnd KPIを定義・追跡し、経営層への戦略報告を行う。
  • 自律型システム（Agent）やLLM連携の品質をシステム的に評価・改善するための仕組み（評価ループ）を構築し、現場のユーザーが「信頼して日常使いできる」クオリティを担保する。
  • 開発者向けオフィスアワーやプロンプトライブラリの整備などを通じ、直接の管理権限によらずに、他部門のエンジニアやビジネスメンバーが自律的にLLM連携やAIツールを導入できる環境をオーナーとして牽引する。
  • 組織全体におけるプロンプト設計、AIオブザーバビリティ（可視化）、および責任あるAIガバナンスの基準を策定・維持管理する。

Requirements

応募要件（必須）

  • ソフトウェアエンジニアリング5年以上の経験を持ち、うち1年以上はLLM・生成AI・RAG・自律型AIシステムの本番環境での運用に従事していること。
  • Pythonに精通し、クラウド環境（AWS ECS等）、コンテナ技術（Docker/K8s）、CI/CDパイプラインを活用したデプロイに強い実績を有すること。
  • 単なるシステム開発にとどまらず、ビジネス課題の特定からAIソリューションの設計・実装、実業務への定着、そして最終的な「ビジネス成果の創出（Impact）」までを一気通貫でやり遂げる強いオーナーシップを有すること。
  • 開発現場に閉じず、ビジネス部門のステークホルダーと最前線で密接に協働できること。複雑なAIの概念や技術的トレードオフを非技術層にも分かりやすく伝え、合意形成を図りながらプロジェクトを牽引する高いコミュニケーション能力。
  • CursorやClaude CodeなどのAI開発支援ツール、n8n・Difyなどの自動化プラットフォームを高度に活用し、スピード感をもってプロトタイプを構築し、検証から本番運用へとアジャイルに繋げられること。

歓迎する経験・スキル

  • ビジネス部門の担当者と連携し、AI施策の範囲設定と優先順位付けを行い、組織の課題を適切なAI活用に結びつけた実績を有すること。
  • AIシステムに関する管理基準（NIST AI RMFなど）や企業のセキュリティ・法令遵守審査の流れを理解していること。
  • メディア・エンターテインメント・広告技術分野での経験を有し、ドメイン固有のAIユースケースを理解していること。
  • 社内で広く使われるAI基盤（MCPサーバー・RAGパイプライン・LLM連携・自律型ワークフロー基盤など）の構築・維持管理ができること。
  • 「AIを積極活用しながら、最終的な責任は必ず人間が持つ」という考え方に深く共鳴し、成果物に対して例外なく完全な説明責任を果たせること。
  • 知識を独占せず、有効なプロンプトの型・自動化の工夫・新たな発見を積極的に共有することで、チーム全体の力を底上げするオープンな文化づくりに貢献できること。
  • 日英の両言語を駆使し、多種多様な背景を持つステークホルダーと効果的な協業ができること。
