The Team / チームについて

AIイネーブルメントチームは、AIの可能性と実際のビジネス成果の間のギャップを埋めることで、組織全体でのAI活用を加速します。また、ビジネス部門と連携してインパクトの高い機会を特定し、AIをより身近にするためのツールやフレームワークを整備するとともに、AIに精通した組織文化を醸成します。現場の社員がAIを活用してより効率的に、より高い価値を生み出せるよう支援します。

Role Mission / ミッション

このポジションでは、ビジネス部門全体のAI導入を推進する戦略リードとして、機会の特定、変革への合意形成、AIの成功導入に向けたチームへのサポートを担っていただきます。社内のAI活用の第一人者として、ビジネスチームがAIツールを自信を持って活用し、成果向上・業務効率化・競争優位の確立を実現できるよう、組織全体のAIリテラシーを高める役割を担います。コラボレーションの範囲はSmartNewsの複数部門にまたがり、広告、メディア、プロダクト、法務、財務など幅広いステークホルダーと密接に協業する機会があります。

Responsibilities / 主な業務内容

  • 各部門のビジネスステークホルダーと連携し、インパクトの高いAI活用機会を発掘・優先順位付けし、業務課題を明確にスコープされたAIイニシアチブに転換する。
  • AI導入による単なる「活用率」ではなく、創出されたビジネス価値や投資対効果（ROI）のメトリクスを定義・追跡し、シニアリーダーシップ層への戦略報告と合意形成を行う。
  • 単なるツールの導入支援ではなく、「AI-Native, Human-Accountable」な運営哲学に基づいた組織カルチャーへの変革を牽引する。社内のチェンジエージェントとして、組織のあらゆる階層でAI活用のモメンタムを構築する。
  • 現場のAIリテラシー向上や業務フロー刷新のためのプログラム（ワークショップやプレイブック等）を監修・展開するが、それ自体を目的とせず、あくまで現場が自走して成果を出すための手段として機能させる。
  • ビジネスニーズに合致するAIツールやプロトタイプを評価し、エンジニアリングチームと連携して、安全かつスケール可能なプロダクション環境への円滑な移行を主導する。

Requirements

応募要件（必須）

  • 戦略、オペレーション、コンサルティング、プログラムマネジメントなど、ビジネス対面の職務での5年以上の経験を持ち、組織横断の取り組みを推進してきた実績を有すること。
  • LLM・生成AI（Gemini/Claude/OpenAI等）・プロセス自動化などのAIツールと概念に関する実務的な知識を持ち、自ら構築することなくAIソリューションを評価しそのビジネス価値を伝えられること。
  • 卓越したコミュニケーション・ファシリテーション能力を持ち、複雑な事象を簡潔に伝え、真摯にステークホルダーと向き合うことにより組織のあらゆる階層で信頼を築けること。
  • 単なる「提案者」ではなく「実行者」としての実績を持ち、未知の技術リソースに自ら飛び込み、APIドキュメントを調査し、コンセプトを証明するための初期段階のプロトタイプ（0→1）を独力で構築できること。
  • ビジネス上のインパクトの高いユースケースに向けたマルチエージェントシステムのプロトタイピングと最適化の実践的経験を持ち、エンジニアリングチームと効果的に連携してそれらのモデルを安全・セキュアかつスケールが可能なプロダクション環境（1→10）へ移行できる技術的素養を有すること。
  • 「AI-Native, Human-Accountable」という運営哲学に深く共鳴し、生成AIツールの積極的な活用を推進しながら、最終成果物に対して例外なく完全なオーナーシップを維持できること。速度が理解に取って代わることはないという原則のもと、すべてのプロトタイプやワークフローについて「AIがそう提案した」という言い訳に頼ることなく、説明性を担保できること。

歓迎する経験・スキル

  • メディア・エンターテインメント・広告技術分野での経験を有し、ドメイン固有のAI活用機会と制約を理解していること。
  • 組織横断でのプロジェクトマネジメント経験を持ち、曖昧さの中でも行動し、競合する優先事項間での合意形成が得意であること。
  • ローコード・ノーコード自動化ツール（n8n、difyなど）またはハイパースケーラーのエージェント環境（AWS Bedrock Agents、Google Vertex AI Agent Builder、Claude Managed Agentsなど）への知見を持ち、LangChain、CrewAIなどのオープンソースオーケストレーションフレームワークへの理解があること。
  • 最新のAIコード生成・ワークスペースツール（Cursor、Claude Code、Lovable、Replitなど）を活用して、機能的なPoC（概念実証）やMVP（最小実行可能プロダクト）を迅速に立ち上げられること。
  • クイックデプロイプラットフォームやサーバーレスコンテナ環境（Vercelなど）を使用して、プロトタイプアプリケーションを独力でリリース・ホスティングできること。
  • 日英の両言語を駆使し、多種多様な背景を持つステークホルダーと効果的な協業ができること。
