Ali Professional Divisione IT & DIGITAL ricerca per importante cliente, Startup Innovativa in ambito lead generation, un AI Fullstack Engineer che prenda in mano le piattaforme aziendali, sviluppando e ottimizzando i canali di acquisizione che permetteranno alla startup di crescere. Cerchiamo un Full Stack Developer con forte mindset backend, capace di progettare sistemi scalabili, integrare API, orchestrare dati e utilizzare l’AI come acceleratore reale di prodotto e sviluppo.

Requirements

Competenze:

· Progettazione e sviluppo di architetture backend robuste e scalabili

· Costruzione di micro-servizi e sistemi modulari

· Gestione database, pipeline dati e logiche di business

· Ottimizzazione performance e affidabilità delle piattaforme API & Integrations

· Sviluppo e integrazione di API REST/GraphQL

· Connessione tra CRM, piattaforme marketing, sistemi di lead generation e tool esterni

· Orchestrazione dati tra diverse fonti

· Implementazione di workflow automatici e sistemi di sincronizzazione AI & Automation

· Integrazione di modelli AI e LLM nei flussi di lavoro

· Prompt engineering e orchestrazione agent-based

· Costruzione di automazioni intelligenti

· Sperimentazione continua su nuove tecnologie AI Product Development

· Collaborazione con team strategy, marketing e sales

· Traduzione di problemi business in soluzioni tecniche

· Rapid prototyping di nuove funzionalità

· Continuous improvement del sistema Qualifier

Cerchiamo qualcuno che abbia:

· Ottima esperienza backend development

· Forte esperienza con API integration

· Esperienza full stack (frontend + backend)

Esperienza con:

· Backend: PHP/Laravel/MySQL

· Frontend: React

· Nice to have: Python

· Database SQL e NoSQL

Sede di Milano, ampia flessibilità e possibilità full-remote.
