Per azienda innovativa di soluzioni proprietarie di Intelligenza Artificiale e Modellistica Matematica, siamo alla ricerca di un AI Software Engineer (Claude/AI Coding).

Chi cerchiamo

Cerchiamo un AI Software Engineer con 2-3 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo software e

una forte esperienza pratica nell'utilizzo di Claude Code (o strumenti analoghi di AI coding)

per progettare e sviluppare applicazioni in modo rapido ed efficace.

Cerchiamo persone curiose, veloci nell'apprendimento, pragmatiche e capaci di adattarsi

rapidamente a nuovi strumenti e tecnologie.

Responsabilità

● Sviluppare nuove funzionalità utilizzando Claude Code e strumenti di AI-assisted

development.

● Tradurre rapidamente requisiti di business in soluzioni software funzionanti.

● Progettare componenti software mantenendo una buona qualità architetturale.

● Collaborare con il team per definire architetture semplici, scalabili e facilmente

manutenibili.

● Validare e rifinire il codice generato dall'AI.

● Identificare e risolvere problemi tecnici in autonomia.

● Sperimentare continuamente nuovi workflow e strumenti di AI coding.

Requirements

Fondamentali

● Esperienza concreta e dimostrabile con Claude Code (requisito prioritario).

● Ottima capacità di utilizzare strumenti di AI coding nel lavoro quotidiano.

● Esperienza nello sviluppo di applicazioni web o backend.

● Conoscenza dei principi fondamentali di software architecture e system design.

● Capacità di leggere, comprendere e migliorare codice esistente.

● Ottime capacità di problem solving.

Plus

● 2-3 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo software ma si valutano anche profili di neolaureati o junior alla prima esperienza

● Esperienza con Claude code e Cline o altri AI coding assistant.

● Esperienza con Docker e CI/CD.

Cerchiamo una persona che sia

● Estremamente sveglia e autonoma.

● Molto veloce nell'apprendere nuove tecnologie.

● Pragmatica e orientata al risultato.

● Capace di adattarsi rapidamente ai cambiamenti.

● Curiosa e con forte spirito di sperimentazione.

● Attenta alla qualità del software, anche quando utilizza strumenti di AI coding.

Come valuteremo i candidati

Valuteremo principalmente:

● esperienza reale con Claude Code e workflow AI-first;

● qualità del software prodotto;

● capacità di progettare soluzioni semplici ma solide;

● velocità di esecuzione e autonomia;

● attitudine all'apprendimento continuo.

Benefits

- RAL tra i 30.000 e i 45.000 €

- Contratto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato o in apprendistato se la figura è junior.
