Description du poste :

L’aide commis en préparation alimentaire est chargé d’exécuter des tâches simples qui permettent d’assurer la satisfaction des membres : effectuer des opérations permettant la préparation des aliments par les commis, emballer les produits ou encore garantir la propreté des aires alimentaires.

Tâches communes :

  • Garantit un haut niveau de service, et particulièrement un accueil chaleureux et courtois aux membres.
  • Nettoie et assainit les machines, les surfaces de travail, les planchers, les plats, les ustensiles, les comptoirs, présentoirs et surfaces de vente ou de consommation des produits.
  • Applique les procédures du service, et respecte les normes de qualité et d’uniformité du produit fini.
  • Assure la présentation et la rotation des produits finis, leur emballage et leur étiquetage.
  • Respecte les règles d’hygiène, de sécurité, et de salubrité alimentaire (températures, désinfection, etc…), et le remplissage des registres associés.
  • Assure le stockage des ingrédients, leur transfert vers les aires de préparations. Assure l’évacuation des déchets et le nettoyage.
  • Veille à débarrasser l’aire de vente, de préparation ou d’emballage exempte de tout carton ou débris.
  • Participe au bon fonctionnement de son département et plus généralement à celui de l’entrepôt.
  • Aide au besoin d’autres services de l’entrepôt.

Principales tâches en boucherie :

  • Ajuste l’appareil à étiqueter en fonction du type de produit, pèse, imprime les étiquettes et les colle sur les produits emballés.
  • Place la viande étiquetée dans les présentoirs.
  • Fait fonctionner le hachoir.

Requirements

Qualifications souhaitées :

Une première expérience des métiers alimentaires est un plus.

Un diplôme peut être un plus :

  • En Boucherie : CAP Boucherie

Accessible sans diplôme.

Habilitations nécessaires :

Des formations et autorisations internes spécifiques pourront être dispensées par la société.

Qualités requises : faire preuve de rigueur, dans le respect des délais, des normes d’hygiène et dans le contrôle des marchandises.
