Pacific Aviation is hiring Airline Customer Service Agents at San Francisco International Airport (SFO) for a dynamic, part-time opportunity that offers serious growth, great benefits, and meaningful daily impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting passengers at check-in counters, gates, and arrival areas
  • Verifying travel documents and complying with airline and TSA protocols
  • Making clear announcements and providing directions
  • Supporting boarding, baggage assistance, and special service needs
  • Collaborating with airline teams and fellow agents to ensure smooth operations
  • Delivering excellent customer service under pressure in a dynamic terminal setting
  • This position will also assist in transferring disabled or paralyzed passengers in wheelchairs between the front curb, front counter, onto the aircraft and to baggage claim as needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
  • Compliance with all airport and company regulations and procedures
  • Compliance with all required safety procedures
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position
  • Ability to complete assigned duties accurately and within required timelines
  • Ability to maintain established quality standards
  • Minimum availability of five (4) days per week, including weekends and holidays

Schedule

Required December/January Availability

Candidates must be available to work all scheduled shifts on the following dates:

  • December 18, 20, 23, 25, 27, and 30
  • January 1 and 3

January 4 through March 2: No SJC shifts are scheduled during this period. Shifts may be available at SFO.

March 3 onward: The regular schedule will be 3 to 5 days per week:

Shift Time

Approximately 4-hour shifts

Shifts will fall within the 6:50 AM–12:00 PM window

Exact start and end times will depend on flight schedules

Airline Training

  • Must attend four (4) days of 8-hour training during the week of December 7
  • Location: SFO

Candidates must be available to complete all required training applicable to their assignment.
