Requirements

Responsabilità:

  • Supporto al servizio e accoglienza: affiancare lo Chef de Rang nella gestione del rango, garantendo un'assistenza fluida, calorosa e attenta ai bisogni dell'ospite.
  • Cura della mise en place e riordino: gestione della preparazione dei tavoli, del riasserto e del flusso di sala, mantenendo standard estetici ed igienici elevati.
  • Supporto allo storytelling: assistere la clientela internazionale (in lingua inglese) fornendo indicazioni di base sui piatti e sul territorio con entusiasmo e garbo.
  • Sinergia tra sala e cucina: garantire una comunicazione rapida e coordinata tra la cucina, il pass e la sala per assicurare i tempi di servizio ideali.
  • Spirito di apprendimento: mostrare proattività nell'assorbire le dinamiche di un servizio d'eccellenza e contribuire al clima positivo del team.

Cosa Cerchiamo:

  • Buona e disinvolta conoscenza della lingua inglese: fondamentale per l'interazione quotidiana con la clientela US/UK.
  • Anche breve esperienza (o forte motivazione): maturata in contesti F&B di livello, boutique hotel o ristorazione curata dall'approccio moderno.
  • Spiccata empatia e attitudine relazionale: naturale orientamento al cliente, solarità ed educazione.
  • Dinamismo, umiltà e voglia di imparare: attitudine positiva verso il lavoro di squadra e il miglioramento continuo.
  • Conoscenza e rispetto delle normative HACCP.

  • Contratto: Tempo determinato della durata anche di 12 mesi.
  • CCNL di riferimento: Turismo Pubblici Esercizi.
  • Retribuzione: RAL nel range 20.000 - 25.000 € (commisurata all'esperienza).
