ALTEN MÉXICO busca un Analista de Automatización y Datos para unirse a nuestro equipo de soporte. Este rol está enfocado en la mejora continua de procesos logísticos mediante la implementación de soluciones tecnológicas, automatización de flujos de datos y visualización analítica. El candidato ideal combina experiencia técnica en herramientas de análisis con conocimiento del entorno logístico y una mentalidad orientada a la eficiencia operativa.

Requirements

  • Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales, Informática o Software o afín.
  • De recién egresado a 2 años de experiencia en análisis de datos.
  • Conocimiento sólido en Microsoft: PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals), PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst) o PL-500 (Power Automate RPA Developer) (Deseable)Power BI.
  • Inglés técnico intermedio-avanzado.

Actividades:

Propiedad, Control y Mejora de Soluciones Existentes:

a. Asumir el control centralizado de todas las aplicaciones (Power Apps), flujos (Power Automate), reportes (Power BI) y scripts de servidor actualmente desplegados.

b. Auditar y documentar la arquitectura, conectores y lógica de las soluciones existentes para asegurar su correcto funcionamiento.

c. Identificar e implementar mejoras continuas, refactorización y optimización en flujos y bases de datos actuales para incrementar su rendimiento, estabilidad y escalabilidad.

d. Administrar el control de versiones, licencias y permisos asociados a cada automatización.

Desarrollo de Nuevas Soluciones en Power Platform:

e. Diseñar y desplegar nuevas aplicaciones personalizadas (Canvas y Model-Driven) en Power Apps.

f. Crear flujos de trabajo e integraciones avanzadas en Power Automate para conectar servicios de Office 365, bases de datos y sistemas de terceros.

g. Desarrollar tableros de control y reportes analíticos en Power BI para la toma de decisiones basada en datos.

Desarrollo en Servidor y Gestión de Bases de Datos:

h. Diseñar, administrar y optimizar bases de datos relacionales (SQL Server, Dataverse, MySQL, etc.) que respalden las soluciones actuales y futuras.

i. Desarrollar y mantener scripts, tareas programadas o servicios en servidor para procesos que requieran procesamiento pesado o lógica fuera de Power Platform.

j. Configurar y consumir APIs / Web Services para la integración segura de sistemas.

Análisis de Procesos y Levantamiento de Requerimientos:

k. Colaborar de forma activa con las distintas áreas para identificar fallas en las herramientas actuales, cuellos de botella y nuevas oportunidades de automatización.

l. Definir y mantener actualizada la documentación técnica, diagramas de flujo y manuales de usuario de todo el ecosistema de automatización.

Soporte, Monitoreo y Mantenimiento:

m. Monitorear proactivamente la ejecución de flujos y procesos en servidor para prevenir o corregir fallas de manera oportuna.

n. Brindar soporte de segundo/tercer nivel ante incidencias operativas en las automatizaciones bajo su resguardo.
