Sobre a posição

Estamos buscando 2 Analistas de BPO Financeiro para atuar na operação financeira de clientes de uma empresa especializada em soluções e serviços para o mercado condominial.

O profissional será responsável pela execução das rotinas financeiras dos clientes, garantindo qualidade, organização e conformidade com os processos, regras e prazos definidos para cada operação.

Além da execução das atividades, esperamos uma postura proativa na identificação de exceções, resolução de problemas e melhoria contínua dos processos.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Executar as rotinas financeiras dos clientes utilizando as plataformas e sistemas da operação.
  • Realizar atividades relacionadas a contas a pagar, conciliação financeira, folha de pagamento e gestão de benefícios.
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos processos, regras, prazos e políticas definidos para cada cliente.
  • Identificar, tratar e escalar exceções operacionais sempre que necessário.
  • Acompanhar demandas e pendências financeiras dos clientes.
  • Manter relacionamento próximo com os clientes, oferecendo suporte e comunicação proativa.
  • Antecipar possíveis problemas e comunicar situações relevantes de forma clara e objetiva.
  • Registrar ocorrências e manter o histórico das operações atualizado.
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos internos.
  • Participar de reuniões periódicas de alinhamento com a equipe.

Requisitos

  • Experiência prévia com rotinas financeiras.
  • Vivência em contas a pagar, conciliação bancária, folha de pagamento ou processos financeiros similares.
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes.
  • Capacidade de seguir processos, procedimentos e prazos com disciplina.
  • Boa comunicação escrita e verbal.
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com sistemas e plataformas digitais.
  • Perfil orientado à qualidade e conformidade operacional.
  • Capacidade de identificar problemas e buscar soluções de forma autônoma.

  • Experiência em BPO Financeiro.
  • Experiência em operações de back-office financeiro.
  • Vivência com ERPs ou sistemas financeiros.
  • Conhecimento do mercado condominial.
  • Experiência com departamento pessoal.
  • Experiência com gestão de benefícios.
  • Conhecimento de processos de melhoria contínua.
  • Experiência em atendimento ou relacionamento com clientes.
