ALTEN México está en búsqueda de un(a) Analista de Capacitación para integrarse a nuestro equipo. Como parte de una empresa líder en ingeniería y tecnología, serás responsable de coordinar, desarrollar y dar seguimiento a las iniciativas de capacitación y desarrollo del talento, asegurando que los colaboradores cuenten con las herramientas y conocimientos necesarios para desempeñar sus funciones y contribuir a los objetivos de la organización.

Requirements

  • Lic. en Psicología, Pedagogía, Administración, Recursos Humanos, Educación o afín.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2-3 años en capacitación, desarrollo organizacional, Recursos Humanos o áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiencia en coordinación y seguimiento de programas de capacitación.
  • Experiencia en diseño y/o actualización de materiales de capacitación y presentaciones.
  • Manejo de paquetería Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel, PowerPoint, Word y Outlook.
  • Inglés avanzado, indispensable, tanto oral como escrito.
  • Experiencia en impartición de cursos, talleres o sesiones de capacitación.
  • Conocimiento de plataformas de capacitación.
  • Conocimiento de procesos de detección de necesidades de capacitación y evaluación de efectividad (deseable).
  • Excelente comunicación oral y escrita.
  • Actitud proactiva, organización, orientación al servicio y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con diferentes áreas y perfiles dentro de la organización.

Actividades:

Coordinar y dar seguimiento al plan anual de capacitación de ALTEN México.

Identificar y dar seguimiento a las necesidades de capacitación de las diferentes áreas de la organización.

Coordinar la logística de cursos, talleres, sesiones de capacitación y programas de desarrollo.

Elaborar, actualizar y adaptar materiales, presentaciones, manuales y recursos didácticos para las diferentes iniciativas de capacitación.

Impartir y/o facilitar sesiones de capacitación, inducción y onboarding para nuevos colaboradores.

Coordinar programas de capacitación en español e inglés, incluyendo la preparación y adaptación de materiales.

Mantener comunicación y seguimiento con instructores internos, externos, proveedores y participantes.

Administrar y mantener actualizados los registros de capacitación, listas de asistencia, evaluaciones y evidencias correspondientes.

Dar seguimiento a la participación y cumplimiento de los colaboradores en los cursos asignados.

Administrar y/o dar seguimiento a plataformas de capacitación.

Elaborar reportes e indicadores de capacitación, analizando la participación, cumplimiento y resultados de las iniciativas.

Aplicar encuestas y evaluaciones de satisfacción y aprendizaje, así como dar seguimiento a los resultados obtenidos.

Proponer mejoras a los programas y procesos de capacitación con base en resultados y necesidades detectadas.

Apoyar en la creación e implementación de programas de inducción y onboarding para nuevos colaboradores.

Participar en proyectos e iniciativas de Desarrollo Organizacional y Recursos Humanos.

Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas, procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo aplicables al área.

Participar en las iniciativas internas de ALTEN México.

Cumplir con las normas y procedimientos en materia de seguridad e higiene establecidos en la empresa.

Dar seguimiento a las políticas, procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo aplicables y establecidas en el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad.
