En Fibra Consultores estamos apoyando a Megacentro en la búsqueda de su próximo/a Analista de Compras, quien reportará a la Jefatura de Compras y tendrá un rol clave en la gestión integral de proveedores y categorías de compra a nivel corporativo.

Buscamos a alguien que no solo administre procesos, sino que sea capaz de analizar alternativas, negociar condiciones, ordenar información crítica y hacer que las cosas pasen en un entorno dinámico y en transformación.

El desafío

La persona será responsable de gestionar el ciclo end-to-end de compras de las categorías asignadas, desde la evaluación, homologación y onboarding de proveedores hasta la negociación comercial, formalización contractual y seguimiento de los servicios.

El foco estará en asegurar la continuidad operacional e identificar oportunidades de ahorro, eficiencia y mejores condiciones comerciales.

Funciones y responsabilidades

  • Gestionar el proceso completo de compras de las categorías asignadas.
  • Evaluar, homologar e incorporar nuevos proveedores.
  • Negociar precios, condiciones y contratos, buscando ahorros y eficiencias.
  • Actuar como contraparte comercial frente a los proveedores.
  • Gestionar órdenes de compra y asegurar la trazabilidad de los procesos.
  • Coordinar la formalización de servicios con las áreas internas, Legal y proveedores.
  • Monitorear contratos, vencimientos, renovaciones, reajustes y cumplimiento de SLA.
  • Mantener actualizada la información de proveedores y consolidar servicios cuando corresponda.
  • Elaborar reportes e indicadores de gestión.
  • Proponer mejoras y apoyar auditorías internas y externas.

Perfil que buscamos

Más que un experto técnico, buscamos a una persona analítica, ordenada y proactiva, con criterio comercial y buenas habilidades relacionales.

Alguien que le guste y que sea capaz de negociar, coordinar distintas áreas y proveedores, hacer seguimiento y llevar los temas adelante con autonomía hasta concretarlos.

Requirements

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Ingeniería en Información y Control de Gestión o una carrera afín.
  • Entre 1 y 2 años de experiencia laboral, idealmente relacionada con compras, abastecimiento, proveedores, contratos, análisis o negociación.
  • También podrán considerarse experiencias relevantes de práctica profesional.
  • Manejo de herramientas computacionales y disposición para trabajar con plataformas y ERP.
  • Manejo de Power BI o SAP MM será considerado un plus, pero no es excluyente.

  • Lunes a jueves: 08:30 a 18:00 horas.
  • Viernes: 08:30 a 15:30 horas.
