ANALISTA DE CONTROL DE GASTOS | QUERETARO

Empresa líder en operación y logística, busca Analista de Control de Gastos para integrarse al área administrativa, siendo responsable de asegurar la correcta operación, control y mantenimiento de la flotilla vehicular, garantizando la continuidad del servicio y la eficiencia operativa.

OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO

Garantizar que la flotilla vehicular se mantenga operativa, segura y en cumplimiento normativo, mediante la gestión eficiente de mantenimientos, incidentes, documentación y uso de las unidades, contribuyendo a la rentabilidad del negocio y continuidad del servicio.

UBICACIÓN

  • 76120 Santiago de Querétaro, Qro.

HORARIO

  • Lunes a viernes: 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Sábados: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Gestionar talleres autorizados, cotizaciones y seguimiento de servicios
  • Planificar y dar seguimiento a mantenimientos preventivos
  • Atender y gestionar incidentes, descomposturas y accidentes
  • Coordinar reparaciones, pagos y seguimiento con proveedores
  • Administrar seguros, pólizas, verificaciones, multas y documentación vehicular
  • Controlar el uso de la flotilla y cumplimiento de políticas
  • Supervisar y auditar el uso de GPS en todas las unidades
  • Analizar reportes de uso, consumo y desempeño de vehículos
  • Elaborar reportes mensuales con indicadores clave (KPIs)
  • Gestionar pagos y conciliaciones con contabilidad
  • Controlar expedientes físicos y digitales de cada unidad
  • Dar seguimiento a compra, alta y asignación de nuevas unidades
  • Proponer mejoras operativas y acciones preventivas

Requirements

  • Carrera técnica o Bachillerato técnico en Administración, Mecánica Automotriz, Logística, Ingeniería Industrial o afín
  • Deseable Licenciatura
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 a 3 años en gestión de flotillas vehiculares o logística
  • Experiencia en manejo de GPS y telemetría
  • Experiencia en gestión de talleres y mantenimientos
  • Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, análisis de datos)

HABILIDADES TÉCNICAS

  • Manejo de plataformas GPS y análisis de datos
  • Conocimientos básicos de mecánica automotriz
  • Control de costos y generación de KPIs
  • Conocimiento de normatividad vehicular vigente
  • Gestión de proveedores y talleres
  • Elaboración de reportes operativos
