ALTEN México está en búsqueda de un(a) Analista de Cuentas Por Pagar para integrarse a nuestro equipo. Como parte de una empresa líder en ingeniería y tecnología, serás responsable de gestionar todas las obligaciones financieras de la empresa con proveedores y acreedores, garantizando que los pagos se realicen de manera oportuna y correcta para evitar retrasos.

Requirements

  • Lic. en Administración, contabilidad o a fin.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en cuentas por pagar, conciliación contable y activo fijo.
  • Mínimo 1 año en despacho de auditoría (deseable)
  • Manejo de paquetería Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint y Outlook).
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio / Avanzado (deseable)
  • Actitud proactiva, orientación al servicio y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.

Actividades:

  • Realizar los registros contables manuales, relativos a los procesos de Bancos, Compras y Pagos a proveedores, Control de Activo Fijo, Control de Cargos Diferidos, Control de IVA e Impuestos directos, Registros de Nómina, Prestamos e Intereses, Cargos Intra-grupo, y cualquier otro.
  • Asegurar la correcta contabilización de todas las transacciones de la empresa, a través de análisis de configuración.
  • Seguimiento y hacer cumplir del proceso general de compras y cuentas por pagar.
  • Asegurar del cumplimiento de procedimiento de Evaluación de Proveedores.
  • Garantizar las cuentas por pagar (pagos a empleados solicitado por los diferentes departamentos de ALTEN) y organizar los comprobantes de pago, así como dar seguimiento a cada uno de los mismos.
  • Apoyar en la resolución de dudas referentes a pagos con los proveedores externos.
  • Participar en las iniciativas internas de ALTEN México.
  • Cumplir con las normas y procedimientos en materia de seguridad e higiene establecidos en la empresa.
  • Seguimiento de Políticas, Procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo aplicables y establecidas en el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad.
