Tu misión será impulsar estrategias que generen ambientes de trabajo positivos, colaborativos y alineados a los objetivos organizacionales.

🌟 ¿Qué harás en este rol?

  • Diseñar e implementar acciones para mejorar la experiencia y bienestar de nuestros ingenieros.
  • Coordinar el proceso de onboarding y offboarding, asegurando una transición eficiente y profesional.
  • Aplicar diagnósticos organizacionales y colaborar en la creación de planes de acción.
  • Participar en iniciativas de cultura organizacional, clima laboral y retención de talento.
  • Apoyar en la evaluación de desempeño y brindar feedback a partir de resultados de satisfacción del cliente.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas y procesos dentro del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad.
  • Colaborar con diferentes áreas como Nómina, Dirección Técnica y Recursos Humanos para garantizar una gestión integral del talento.

Requirements

  • Licenciatura en Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Administración o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia previa (pueden ser prácticas profesionales o voluntariado) en desarrollo organizacional o áreas similares.
  • Conocimiento en metodologías de capacitación y desarrollo.
  • Inglés intermedio o avanzado.
  • Habilidades interpersonales excepcionales, enfoque analítico y orientación a resultados.
  • Proactividad y gusto por trabajar en equipo en un entorno dinámico.
