ALTEN México está en búsqueda de un Analista de Desarrollo Organizacional Junior que se una a nuestro dinámico equipo. Como parte de una empresa líder en ingeniería y tecnología, buscarás mejorar y desarrollar las capacidades organizacionales mediante la implementación de estrategias que fomenten un ambiente de trabajo eficiente y productivo.

Como analista, serás responsable de evaluar las necesidades de desarrollo de nuestros colaboradores y de proponer planes de acción que contribuyan a su crecimiento profesional. Trabajarás en colaboración con diversos departamentos para asegurar que nuestras iniciativas de desarrollo sean efectivas y alineadas con los objetivos de la empresa.

Requirements

  • Título universitario en Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Administración o áreas afines.
  • Experiencia previa en desarrollo organizacional, prácticas profesionales, o puestos similares es un plus.
  • Conocimientos en metodologías de desarrollo y capacitación.
  • Inglés intermedio o avanzado.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
  • Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
  • Proactividad y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
  • Disponibilidad de viajar (ocasionalmente)

Actividades:

Gestionar las acciones necesarias para garantizar la satisfacción y bienestar de los ingenieros

Apoyar en el análisis, creación, difusión y ejecución de las estrategias derivadas de la aplicación del diagnóstico organizacional

Garantizar la adecuada integración del ingeniero a la empresa, lugar, puesto y área de trabajo

Gestionar el proceso de baja de los ingenieros, asegurando que se apliquen la entrevista de salida y validando que los departamentos hagan su revisión necesaria para el resguardo de los recursos de la empresa

Apoyar en las iniciativas que promuevan la cultura organizacional, el buen ambiente de trabajo, colaboración y retención del personal.

Reportar bono de recolocación, ajustes salariales y bajas al área de nómina

Aplica trimestralmente evaluaciones para medir el nivel de satisfacción del cliente

Realizar feedback a ingenieros con base en los ejercicios de satisfacción del cliente (no aplica en cuentas con TL a tiempo completo).

Brindar soporte a DT en plan de acción definido con base en focos rojos detectados en el ejercicio de satisfacción del cliente r

Apoyar en la ejecución del sistema de evaluación de desempeños anual de los ingenieros a cargo,

Garantizar que el ingeniero llene y/o actualice el formato “Project Reference” a los tres meses de contratación

Seguimiento de Políticas, Procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo aplicables establecidas en el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad.
