The posting

Por encargo de nuestro cliente líder del sector financiero, nos encontramos de la búsqueda de un Analista Junior de Gestión de Accesos, donde participarás en un proyecto de soluciones para el segmento empresarial, especialmente funcionalidades financieras y transaccionales.

Misión:

Ejecutar de manera oportuna, segura y trazable las solicitudes estandarizadas de Gestión de Accesos, conforme a procedimientos, matrices autorizadas y controles vigentes, apoyando el ciclo de vida de usuarios, conservando evidencias completas y escalando antes de ejecutar cualquier excepción, acceso sensible o riesgo identificado.

Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Atender solicitudes de accesos estandarizadas de alta, baja, modificación, bloqueo y desbloqueo, validando datos, vigencia y aprobaciones requeridas.
  • Provisionar o retirar accesos en Active Directory, grupos de seguridad, y aplicativos autorizados.
  • Registrar evidencias antes y después de la atención, documentar las acciones y actualizar el ticket hasta su cierre.
  • Revisar diariamente bandejas, casos asignados, vencimientos y acuerdos de servicio, comunicando oportunamente los bloqueos.
  • Apoyar campañas de recertificación, enviando información, realizando seguimiento y consolidando respuestas.
  • Identificar solicitudes incompletas, duplicadas o desviadas de la matriz, así como accesos vencidos, sensibles o con posibles conflictos.
  • Atender consultas operativas y orientar a los usuarios sobre canales, información y aprobaciones para solicitar accesos.
  • Apoyar conciliaciones, controles periódicos y actualización de procedimientos, instructivos, catálogos, matrices y bases de conocimiento.

Requirements

Requisitos de Postulación:

  • Profesional en Ingenieros de Sistemas, Informática, Redes, Ciberseguridad, Telecomunicaciones o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo de 1 año en mesa de ayuda especializada, soporte de accesos, administración de usuarios, seguridad operativa o funciones similares.
  • Manejo de Active Directory
  • Manejo de herramientas de gestión de servicios y tickets (Help People/ Jira)
  • Excel intermedio
  • Manejo de conceptos básicos de Gestión de Identidades y Accesos y ciclo de vida de usuarios
  • Experiencia en la administración básica de usuarios y grupos
  • Experiencia en Autenticación multifactor
  • Experiencia en mínimo privilegio
  • Experiencia en Control de acceso basado en roles
  • Experiencia en Segregación de funciones
  • Manejo de SLA, priorización y escalamiento.

Conocimientos Deseables:

  • ITIL, seguridad de la información, ISO 20000 e ISO 27001.
  • Microsoft Entra ID
  • Microsoft 365
