Requirements

  • 2 anos de experiência em implantação/suporte em produtos SaaS de comércio eletrônico e/ou plataformas de ERPs
  • Facilidade de aprendizado e aquisição de novas habilidades digitais
  • Precisão e atenção aos detalhes
  • Desejo de expandir constantemente o conhecimento
  • Habilidades de comunicação altamente desenvolvidas (dentro e fora da organização)
  • Inglês intermediário para se comunicar com equipes globais

Responsibilities

  • Entender e mapear as necessidades de negócio junto ao cliente
  • Liderar as reuniões de implantação junto com os clientes, guiando-os nas configurações básicas da ferramenta
  • Atender, orientar e dar suporte aos clientes na implantação
  • Escrever fluxos funcionais e documentações técnicas caso seja necessário
  • Aprender sobre todos os módulos da ferramenta Base para se tornar um especialista em orientar os clientes na utilização
