The posting

Apoyar la ejecución de la operatividad de impuestos generando las declaraciones y cumplimiento de la normatividad tributaria nacional, distrital y municipal.

Responsabilidades:

  • Generar los registros contables relacionados con las liquidaciones de impuestos.
  • Elaborar las provisiones de ICA y Derechos de Explotación Licores.
  • Analizar y estructurar los informes generados por el sistema contable relacionados con los freegoods para el cálculo del IVA y del ICO.
  • Apoyo en la atención de los requerimientos de los entes gubernamentales en caso que se requiera.
  • Generar certificados de retención en la fuente y proveedores.
  • Realizar el archivo documental (impuestos y requerimientos).
  • Generar las declaraciones tributarias (Retefuente, Rete Ica, Ica, Auto Ica, IVA para empresas pequeñas) y apoyar en la construcción de otros informes relacionados con impuestos.
  • Apoyar la realización de medios magnéticos.
  • Procesar el pago de las declaraciones de impuestos e informar a Tesorería para la generación de los mismos.
  • Realizar el Cálculo de la Autoretención especial.
  • Realizar la conciliación de los ingresos ventas de la compañía versus el IVA.
  • Apoyar en la actualización de registros de información tributaria RIT.
  • Realizar solicitudes de documentación tributaria a proveedores, áreas internas o quien lo requiera.
  • Realizar conciliaciones de las cuentas contables de impuestos.
  • Ingresar a la plataforma SAP a realizar las correcciones automáticas de los registros contables.
  • Diligenciar los formularios de impuestos requeridos.
  • Elaboración y consolidación de la información solicitada por la firma de auditoría externa contratada.

Requirements

  • Tecnólogo en Contabilidad.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en el área de impuestos.
  • Excel intermedio (cómo mínimo).
  • Conocimientos en impuestos.
  • Actualización de la legislación tributaria.
  • Conocimientos contables a nivel intermedio.
  • Manejo de SAP.
  • Declaraciones de impuestos.
